We traveled from NC at 3 in the morning so we could get there and not waste anytime to get to the beach and not waste a day of just traveling. I was told i couldn't park in the parking lot until check in, which was at 4pm. We wanted to be able to park in the parking lot and use the private beach access as we paid good money to stay there. Not being able to park in the parking lot was very unfortunate and not accomdating whatsoever. Once we got to 4PM we went up to the room to put our stuff away and to bring the parking permits to put in our vehicle so it didnt get towed. We were told in the directions there would be a parking pass on the countertop and that we needed to put it in our car in order to not get towed. Well, there was no parking pass anywhere. I called and texted the property manager, which was a phone service that i believe wasn't anywhere around. I was told 3 different things from 3 different people about the parking pass. It was very frustrating not able to talk to someone who has atleast been to the property to fully understand what the situation was with no parking passes. So i wait and wait for a text from the person that was supposed to drop off our parking passes, and no one showed up. The next day i get a text that says we dont need a parking pass. The communcation was terrible. The silverware tray was very dirty with hair, etc inside of it. I hand washed all of the silverware to ensure they were clean.
