Awesome visit

First time with grandkids at the beach. The home was very comfortable and well appointed / stocked. Awesome location, spectacular views, very nice facility, and the private beach was extremely nice. Highly recommend.

The silverware had rust and dirt on them . The pots and pans had grease caked and cooked on the outside of them. The whole unit seemed small for the amount of people we had in there. The stove should have had an operating manual along with the oven. I have stayed at other condos on the Gulf and this one was the WORST

Family Vacation

Slice of heaven!! The condo was perfect for our family… we had couples and babies… 3 under 3 the space was perfect. The view was amazing. Can’t wait to book our family vacation for next year!

Beautiful and clean stay!

Beautiful balcony and view of the ocean and pier! The condo was incredibly clean with great kitchen set up. Our only complaint is they only provide 2 days worth of dishwasher packs, toilet paper etc. for the price, I would have hoped that would be included for the week stay particularly since the home can host up to 10 people. Otherwise, it was a truly wonderful stay!

Amazing Experience! Great Location!

Our family had an amazing experience. When we arrived, the staff there were really accommodating and were so nice. They saw that we had kids and helped us. To us, that goes a long way. The property is beach-front so it’s only steps away from the beach. Huge bonus is that it’s next to the pier. Those who like fishing, this is a place for you. And we stayed during the 4th of July so we had front roll seats to the fireworks show from our balcony. Overall, we had a great experience. Highly recommend it and will be coming back!

Family Beach Trip

Property was nice, very enjoyable. Only problem was getting locked out of the hall bath and not getting an answer to calls and emails until the next morning as we were checking out. That was totally unacceptable. Was extremely disappointed in the lack of help

Beautiful View

Beautiful view overlooking the ocean on the 13th floor. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. Bathrooms need hooks and/or towel bars that dont touch the toilet. There wasnt a good space to hang damp beach towels or bathroom towels. Place was clean. Was not able to get into our unit upon arrival and had to wait for the property manager to drive back to open the unit. Once we were supplied with the correct door code there were no more issues accessing the unit. Condo building gym could use a massive upgrade. Was looking forward to using the fitness facility but after going once with my teenage boys we decided to got our workouts in elsewhere. Property management/call center was responsive and helpful the few times we had to call. Easy access parking and several restaurants within walking distance.

Great view, active security personnel, easy check in process. Not much in the condo as far as trash bags, sugar & creamer, etc so you’d need to get those on your own. Towels are kind of scratchy so bring your own as well. But overall great stay and I’d definitely come back.

Great accommodations, minor problems were fixed.

I’ve stayed at other units at Summerwind. Although this was the most expensive, it was the nicest. The repairs being done on the balcony and breeze way were definitely an inconvenience, as well as having the living room full of patio furniture and not knowing if workers will be on your deck from day to day. That being said, hopefully all will be done for next year. Still enjoyed my stay though.
