Property was really cute, super close to the beach and easy to access. Only thing we had an issue with was linens. There wasn’t really enough blankets/pillow cases. There was a thin sheet type “blanket” on the two beds and then there wasn’t enough pillow cases or blankets for the couch pullout bed. I did go purchase two blankets and 2 pillow cases from Walmart. I know it’s FL and it’s typically hot there but I needed a little heavier blanket for the bed. Maybe not an issue for some but was for us. Not a deal breaker at all. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The balcony is really nice as well. We went to the pool one day and another guest let their kid throw up in the pool and didn’t bother to try and clean it up. That has nothing to do with the condo and I’m sure happens all the time. Just was a first hand experience here. Realistically the chemicals in the pool killed it all. The neighbor is super friendly. We would stay here again.

Mom/ daughter/friends trip

This was a great property for my daughter, a few of her friends and I to stay at while in Navarre Beach. Although not on the Gulf side it was a short walk across to the beach. The unit had everything we needed for a week at the beach. There were plenty of supplies for beach days(i.e. wagon, chairs, umbrella etc). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking most of our meals there. The pool was nice, always clean and refreshing. It was a quiet complex. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to stay comfortably. It was very clean upon arrival. Check in and check out instructions left no questions. Communication after booking on VRBO came from iTrips which I was not expecting or looking for. It all worried out once I found the missed emails. I would definitely book here again for a similar trip.

Overall, great stay! It is a pretty long walk to the beach, but an easy one. The pool is tiny and was always packed with tons of people so we didn’t try it. One downfall of the condo was the master bath sink that didn’t want to drain. We didn’t bother the owners about it, but it’s definitely a problem as I’ve seen in past reviews. Pros: close to the bridge to get off the island, nice furnishings, closet full of beach items to borrow, a large balcony to leave/dry your beach things, and plenty of kitchen items to cook with. The only cons I can mention are again, the master bath sink, and then there is ZERO closet space for clothes in either bedroom. Like none. Thankfully they have provided lots of hooks on the doors and such that you can hang stuff…it’s just not ideal. Overall, I would stay here again and again! The main thing we look for is cleanliness and location, and this condo gets 5 stars for both!

Property overall was very nice and well maintained. Condo was perfect!! After about the 2nd or 3rd day of our stay, the pool water turned a murky gray and stayed that way for the remainder of our trip. Definitely was not something that you would want to swim in. Pool and pool area left a little bit to be desired. Could definitely use some upgrades.

Comfortable stay for family of 4

We had a comfortable stay. The first words out of my 6 year old boys mouth "WOW, it's beautiful!". I was impressed by the extras that were provided. For example, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 laundry pods, softener, bath essentials, etc. The kind size bed was very comfortable. Super soft mattress. The boys enjoyed tv before bed. Overall it was a great place to stay. My family and I will be booking again next year.
The boys were so excited to be here.

My stay

Location was perfect to go where we needed to be on a daily basis. However, I don’t think that our place was cleaned prior to our stay. The master bedroom pillow cases smelled like oily body odor. I also was going to use a blanket in the closet and it smelled just like the pillows. Sink in master bedroom was very slow to drain. Don’t think that the throw rugs in bathroom and bedroom were washed. Window sills in bedroom were very dirty was afraid to raise blinds( thought they would break)

A Couples Getaway from Wisconsin

The condo was lovely with a beachy vibe! The master bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having coffee and meals on the balcony. Great location and friendly neighbors. We recommend!

Great condo!

We had an amazing week!! The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The unit was peaceful except for the neighbors upstairs, they were pretty loud with banging and running during quiet hours. We didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our time. The walk to the beach was quick and it didn’t disappoint. The unit is equipped with everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach supplies, cards and board games!! I loved having the washer/dryer. This unit was so cozy and clean. The local eateries were so good and the turtle conservation center was a great experience. Communication with management was great!! We adore Navarre Beach and cannot wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

overall stay was good ! Although a couple things need some attention in the unit. The shower curtain in the main bathroom was moldy and needed to be replaced. The TV in the main bedroom did not work.

Amazing beach vacation

My family (husband and our 2 kids) loved our stay! The condo was perfect and so cozy. It had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach as well and a short drive to everything in the area! Would love to come back.

Adorable little condo!

It was perfect for us and two young adults. Read the manual when you check in cause we didn’t find the pots and pans until the second day haha. The salt and pepper is also in the window over the sink. Didn’t find that until the last night lol. Very clean and cute decor, lots of beach stuff in the closet to use. The fridge has an maker! OH… the MOST comfortable bed ever! We slept in the back room. Snag that one! Lots of restaurants close by and beach access. Great beach trip! We asked to extend one day and the property owner made it super easy.
