This is the second time we have stayed here for a family trip with our kids and grandkids. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the drain in the master sink upstairs was a bit slow to drain, but that was no big deal. Check-in was very easy and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. There is a trail to the beach (I was a bit envious of the boardwalks to the beach from nearby houses) that is used by all four units in this structure. While there are four units in the structure, it felt fairly private. We had interactions with our neighbors from time to time but we hardly knew they were there. I loved having the garage door in the front and the rear, allowing us to stow our beach gear there. The beach in this area is gorgeous.

Great week. The extra room downstairs was perfect for the grandparents to have their own space. We always love coming to Navarre and this place was great for us!

Loved Turtle Time!

There were so many great things about this place! I have not one complaint. The kitchen was very well stocked (and we make nearly every meal while we are on our vacation) with pots, pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker and a keurig. It was so amazing to have two washer and dryers for a group our size. The check in and check out process was about as easy as any we have ever stayed in.

Turtle Time

Needs an overall improvement. Smells like mildew downstairs and upstairs. It needs a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay at this unit. It is also the only unit nearby that doesn’t have a wooden walkway to the beach. The access goes in between overgrown grass from the dunes and makes it harder for packing items to the beach. On a positive note, the location is good and the checkin process was simple.

Fabulous location & home

Just finished a wonderful week with three generations of family. Two minute walk to the beach from the “backyard.” The efficiency downstairs was perfect for the son and DIL who like a little more quiet. Daughter and grandkids were very comfortable in the bedroom with king, trundle and futon/sofa. The master with the view was AMAZING. The refrigerator decided to die while we were there, and the management company was impressive with their immediate responses and multiple emergency technicians to assess the situation and get a new fridge in. We hope to be back!

Christmas Vacation

My family celebrated Christmas at Turtle Time and really enjoyed ourselves. The check-in process was smooth and the house was even nicer in person. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cookware, and the view of the beach was perfect. Our first Christmas with our little one was special and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I think our trip went well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The only issue was when my wife sank down into the bathtub and turned on the jets and was shot with nasty brown stuff that came out of the jets.... she wasn't very happy about it.

Fantastic family vacation!

House was beautifully de orated and had everything we needed. The location on the beach is absolutely awesome. Everything was clean and modern. Even the appliances were new! It was a great place to spend time with family and created lasting memories. We hope to return next year!
