  • This is a gorgeous, breath-taking, heart-pounding view! You can see the waves breaking at the shoreline all the way to Destin and Pensacola in the opposite direction. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit give simply the best gulf views on Navarre Beach. Just an absolutely stunning sight.

    This upscale three bedroom en-suites, three bath Caribbean Resort condo is the perfect retreat! The kitchen was just completely renovated with open views to the beach with all-wood cabinets and gorgeous granite. The condo itself is a very large, fully furnished, beach-inspired property that has outstanding gulf front views and sound views from multiple bedrooms!! Three spacious bedrooms include a Gulf front master en-suite with panoramic gulf front views, a guest bedroom which has views of the bay, and a third master-sized suite with 9 foot ceilings throughout. An open and spacious floor plan is decorated with the beach and sun in mind. All three bathrooms were also updated with beautiful wood cabinets and again, gorgeous granite with decorative square basins.

    Even better is that upgraded beach service is included in the nightly rate (March 1 - October 31 each year). What you get is a large beach umbrella and two lounge chairs. Additional services are also offered at very reasonable rates for additional guests.

Perfect for family

Great place to stay, I had a great Birthday weekend here. Relaxing with a beautiful view. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Nearby restaurants were great, and not crowded. Would stay here again.

Navarre Beach Fun in the Sun!

Absolutely beautiful views and immediate beach access combined for a fabulous opportunity to have a wonderful vacation enjoying the emerald green water, sugary sandy beach, and wonderful seafood at close-by restaurants. Chilling out to the max!

Million Dollar View is the PERFECT name for this Property!

Don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was super perfect for our family girl’s trip! 3 large rooms with plenty of space and gorgeous views! We would definitely rent this place again!!

Million Dollar View

My family and I had a wonderful time during our visit to Navarre Beach! This condo was perfect and that view is absolutely gorgeous! I could sit on the balcony all day long. Great location, great amenities, great communication with host! I would definitely book with Liz again.

Badly needs updated

The condo hasn’t been updated in 25 - 30 years. The kitchen sink sprayer gets stuck in spray position, many of us were sprayed in the face. Tile throughout the house is so old, it looks dirty. Pillows and towels are very low quality. For the price, I have stayed in much better units.

Beautiful condo but frustrated with host.

We planned this trip back in May of this year. A last minute getaway for myself, my parents, and siblings. There was 7 of us in the condo. When I searched for listings I didn’t specify the exact number of guests because I was just looking for availability. When I booked I forgot to change it. A simple mistake. I was honest with the host and let her know it was actually seven and not two (which is the default setting.) She had no mercy on me for making an honest mistake and charged an additional $1400 because we “needed armbands to access the beach through the pool area” and “it would be monitored by security”. There was NO ONE wearing armbands. There was NO security and no one checking anything. The host completely took advantage in my opinion. The condo slept 10 people and we had 7. The condo was also not stocked with ANYTHING cleaning wise. Maybe this is normal for condos now days but normally they have at the very least hand soap! We had to go buy trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There were also no sheets or bedding for the pull out beds in the couches. We pulled comforters off of the bedroom beds to put on the couch bed for one of my siblings. There were water bugs also in the bedroom when we arrived. The back bedroom shower wouldn’t drain properly. There was sand on countertops. It wasn’t the cleanest but not filthy. Despite the host issues, the beach and Navarre itself were wonderful! We will definitely be returning just not to this host.

Great experience. First timer to Navarra. Beaches wasn’t overly crowded. The room was beautiful and clean. Great location. We watched the dolphins every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony

Excellent condo for a multi generational family gathering.

Our family included Senior parents (one with a movement disorder), an 18yr old and a cranky 13yr old, plus my husband and I. The condo was very clean with great views. We cooked the whole week so the updated appliances and ample cookware was appreciated. For Seniors there were ramps to the condo and pool/beach. For the teens there was enough space for Cranky teen to isolate or interact as he chose. There were very friendly lifeguards on duty until 5 and they were awesome with the kids. Last at my request the beach attendants made sure to socially distance our chairs each day due to my high risk parents. They set up and had our space ready upon arrival. Overall easy to work with great hosts, great views, senior and teen friendly, and a gorgeous beach!

Gorgeous View - Lovely Property

We had a fabulous time at this condo. The view truly is phenomenal! Watched dolphins and rays every morning. The condo was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Lots of luggage carts - ramp to pool and beach for wheeled carts. The kitchen is well-stocked, much better than many where I’ve stayed. Everything was nice and easy!

Pay too much for too little

No storage dressers for clothes. All knives dull. Outside chairs cushions terrible. Wife says we will not return.

Spacious !

The condo was so spacious and offered plenty of space for the 6 adults and 4 children in our party. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Navarre.
