We loved our stay in this condo! We arrived to beautiful Christmas music and welcome gifts. The views from the 16th floor are fabulous. The 2 king beds are so comfortable and living room seating and dining room seating and outdoor seating were all top notch. Everyone was comfy at all hours of the day. Beautiful renovations throughout the condo. Thank you for the memorable weekend. We will be back!

This unit is excellent!! The updated kitchen has everything you need, the dining table is wonderful if you’re eating in, there’s comfortable seating for six in the living room, the king size beds are awesome, & the bathrooms are extremely clean!! I’m impressed by how thick & soft the bath towels & washcloths are! The patio has nice seating for six & is quite enjoyable! Parking is easy, as well as access to the unit…very close to the elevators. The pool area is great, & getting to the beach couldn’t be any easier!! The unit has beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, & toys available for use. Communication with the host was splendid!!

We have stayed at this exact unit several times in the past with good experience. This time was no exception from the complimentary wine, beach chairs, umbrella’s, to the upgraded bathroom. We had an amazing time and certainly plain for a 4th trip!

Perfect location. Right on the beach. Beautiful view of the Gulf of America.Condo is spacious. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable. Everything is provided. Clothes and food are that is needed. Highly recommend!!!!

The condo was very clean with everything you could possibly need. We had amazing views from our balcony. There was need to go out and buy anything for the beach. This condo had you covered from the beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and wagon to carry it all down with. Definitely will be booking here again!!

I was a little scared before we arrived because of the height of 16th floor. Once I walked in the door I had Neaux Worries. The place was beautiful and clean and extremely relaxing. I will be back in 360 days.

Our condo was newly renovated.It was spotless, well equipped and beautiful! The manager or owner anticipated everything we could've wanted or needed. The view was excellent. It was the perfect getaway weekend.I hope we get a chance to stay here again.

Excellent Beachfront Condo

I have stayed in this unit several times- the recent updates were beautiful! This unit has a million dollar view- I love staying at the Pearl Condos- very close to some excellent restaurants- walkable to many restaurants. I love being close to the pier and the drive down the National Seashore is beautiful ! Very relaxing on the balcony. Condo has very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything you need to have a relaxing and comfortable visit. We will definitely be back again soon.

Just as expected

This place was just as pictured in the photos. No upsets. Everything was clean and in working order. They had the kitchen fully stocked with items you might like to use while on vacation. They had beach chairs and beach toys to use as well which was nice. Right on the beach, and view is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
