The pictures on the online are not the same in person. Everything was out of date, the chairs were rusted, grass was high, could not enjoy any outside activities and bathrooms were not working. Had to go to stores to use the bathroom and the house was not clean.

This place has everything you would want. Pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, well lit backyard, a separate building with theatre, Ms PAC-Man/Galaga and fridge. The pool table in the garage was awesome. We played a lot of games on it. Close to everything and to be honest this place is a vacation in itself. We plan on coming back. I’d also like to thank the host, Harry for his help on getting in and answering any questions we had. This place is awesome.

Yes this VRBO, was absolutely amazing and honestly the best VRBO rental I have ever rented!! The communication was epic, really a great property... 10 mins to the beach and the house it so relaxing we skipped the beach 2 of the 7 days

This property was awesome. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was only about 8 mins from the beach. If you didn’t feel like going to the beach, you didn’t have to it was in the backyard. You had the sand, palm trees, a pool, a hot tub, a shower to wash the sand off like at the beach, and a fire pit. There was also a guest house/ game room with everything you needed for family fun. You want be disappointed if you rent this property.

Its perfect as its own vacation destination. Packing up and hauling everything to the beach everyday is avoided with this perfect vacation spot between beach visits. Beautiful indoor decor, large rooms and tons of extras for tiur convenience

We chose this property due to the amount of activities we could do if we didn't want to leave! We had a few rainy days so we utilized the theater room & the karaoke machine! We also ended our evenings in the hot tub, which in return made us all sleep amazingly! We will definitely stay at this property again for our next trip!

Perfect place for our weekend party with family & friends. We weren’t able to use the outdoor areas due to weather but there was plenty of room for everyone inside & the guys loved the “HE”shed for football games. Plenty of parking and fully stocked kitchen. We will be back!

My family loved this house and grounds. We had trouble with the WiFi when we first arrived but Harry was extremely quick to get the password to us. This place has everything you need or want. I really cant think of anything that went wrong. The pool and hot tub were great! Watching Alabama play football in the theater room was awsome. We hope to be able to stay here again next year.

This was the perfect spot for a little birthday get together! The property has ample parking and there is not a single space in the house that didn’t feel cozy! The sunroom and theatre room were definitely our chill spots!

This is an awesome place to stay. Only thing that was a bummer was the outside electricity wasn't working, to no fault of the owner. Can't control the weather. We enjoyed this place very much and hope to stay here again.

This place was so amazing and Mr. Harry was very responsive when I had questions. The yard was perfect. The theater room was probably my favorite and the hot tub. This was probably my favorite place I’ve ever stayed and I will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. My family and my friend love this place. My buddies favorite part was the outdoor shower and I have to agree with him. It was pretty awesome. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Harry!!!!!!!!!!

Best thing... the house was nice, clean and attractively decorated. Minuses - No closet in the MB and both the other bedrooms closets had been turned into mini offices. So no place to hang clothes. Those two show in the pictures but no clue there were no closets. Also, you might want to bring your own toilet paper unless you like cheap (gas station) 1 ply toilet paper. No manuals to tell you how to operate anything. So all that was surmountable. The BIG disappointment was the back yard. We took pictures that we would like to post of how horrible it was - far less than the quality shown in the pictures that were posted of the "Tiki Heaven" that persuaded us to rent it. His pictures must have been taken years ago. Everything was dirty, torn up, 2 lounge chairs both torn across the middle, so of no use. Stuff strewn all over, the bottom of the pool was filthy and the improperly installed ladder into the pool is a liability lawsuit waiting to happen! The second time we tried to use it - it detached and floated away. The screws in the first stairs are clearly heavily rusted so not stable for a child, or an elder. I can honestly say the condition of the advertised outdoor amenities ruined our visit to Florida.

We stayed at Hidden Tiki Haven to visit family. The backyard was really fun. We had a 30th birthday party for our niece. It was a great setting for adults and children who enjoyed the pool, hot tub, corn hole and firepit. The separate media room was a fun getaway for our nephew. The fenced backyard provided plenty of space and security for our 2 small dogs. The house was comfortable. Harry was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
