The condo was clean and in a great location with easy parking. We liked that it was on the ground level. It was near the pool and laundry. It also had a beautiful view of the Sound side right as you stepped outside.

The condo was just what we needed!! It was a little dated but very CLEAN. I was very happy with our stay! The communication from the host was great and the bed was comfy. You could tell the owner cares about the condo and the guest staying in it.

Wonderful stay! I didn’t realize that there was not a washer/dryer in the room but that was my fully for not reading! Great access to the bay and beach. Comfy bed, great sunsets!

First off, the host was amazing. We got into town earlier than expected and were able to check in early for a fee. The host also answered super quick when we had a wifi issue and had it handled in record time. The place was clean, it has beach toys/chairs available, it does have a cute little shared back patio. They also had the towels folded super cute like swans on the bed which was such a cute touch. We’d definitely come back- beach is super close, there’s a pool, on the 1st floor so no stairs when lugging inside beach items or luggage, amazingly helpful host, and a cute little welcome bag with a card as a personal touch

Very relaxing

Great little spot. Wake up to the ocean breeze, the bay is out back and the beach is a 5 min walk. If your looking for relaxing and de-stress from life this is your spot.

Nice location felt for the price it coulda been alittle nicer. Me and the wife are used to unlimited water at home this property has a small water heater we ran out. Toilet wasn’t flushing very good couldn’t get an answer from property owner. Bed had hair on it when we got there. Floor looked like it was damaged alittle rough. Definitely dumb how there was a damage non refundable fee never heard of that before. Place could use a new sliding door.

Great stay

Beautiful location, clean property. Anytime I had any questions Beth was always very quick to respond! Loved being on the first floor. Easy access to pool, sound side, gazabo with grills and a pier! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Place was clean, functional, and comfortable. Of course in a ground floor condo, you'll have overhead neighbors. The pier and sound were super fun, bbq grills were clean and serviceable. Pool water was clean and relaxing. Environment was neighborly. Would like to book place again soon.

If you are wanting to be loud, party hard or stay up all night, please don’t book here! This condo is located in an area that is beautiful, calm and a wonderful get a way from the hustle and bustle of a lot of beaches on the coast. Great shelling, birding, and convenience to beach access and sound yet located close enough for restaurants and fishing piers. Condo itself is well taken care of and so close to pool, laundry and beautiful views. Owners have everything you could need including kitchenware and beach accessories . They are also very attentive to questions and information if you have a question. I had such a lovely stay and felt very rested and relaxed when I departed. It’s such a walkable/biking area that provides easy access to turtle rescue center or quiet reflective moments on the sound. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great weekend

Even though it was a quick stay. Had everything we needed. Process set up by Beth was easy and straight forward. Fishing pier is great and literally minutes from the beach.

Check in was fine but the condo unit itself is lacking maintenance and upkeep. The glazing is popped off the floor tile in at least 100 spots making the floor look perpetually dirty. The baseboards are filthy, walls need painted which made this unit the least desirable of any we have stayed in and we have been spending time at The Palms of Sunset Harbor for over 25 years.

Nice but could have been better.

Owner was very nice. The place smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as we got there. Had only 1 towel per persons for the week. One bed was missing sheets when we checked in but was fixed quickly. Very basic supplies. No hand towels or rags for Kitchen. Close to the beach. Nice complex.

Overall nice stay. Location on the grounds is excellent, right by the pool and quick walk to the pier and gazebo. They are nice enough to provide a few beach toys, flippers and and small raft (was missing the oars though).37A beach access is pretty close, walkable for us, though maybe not for some others. It's the last public access before the Natl Seashore, and was pretty quiet for a Saturday/Sunday (and 37A has a bonus of no stairs over the dunes, it's a short level boardwalk). Also the host was nice enough to allow us early access as we unexpectedly arrive on Airshow day and we were afraid we would have trouble getting to the grounds closer to official check in time. It does seem to be an older unit that is starting to show some wear (think chipped floor tiles), and the bathroom could really use a fresh coat of paint. If you can overlook that, good value for a short stay.

Perfect spot!

We have stayed at quite a few places in Navarre, but this was our first time staying on the sound side. This condo is super cute! We picked this particular unit because it has a king size bed and then the pull out so it was perfect for our family of 4. We received the check in instructions in plenty of time of our arrival. Any questions I had, Beth responded almost immediately. The unit is exactly as it looks online. The king bed was super comfy. Plenty of pillows and blankets to make up the sofa bed. All your basic kitchen cooking necessities. Only thing we needed to run back out for was salt and pepper and a sponge. The dishwasher is mini and while we brought pods from home, the owner had a bunch in the kitchen to use as well. Lots of hooks around the unit to hang damp towels and suits. There were even games for rainy days. Everything was well thought out by the owners. The property itself is quiet and clean and well maintained. My kids loved swimming in the sound in the evenings. We had a lovely time!

Fantastic Location, Great Communication

The property is very well located and nicely furnished for a fun getaway after Navarre Beach, or Opal Beach, or a beach road drive to Pensacola. Stayed there over a holiday weekend with the family and everyone loved the convenience and amenities. Highly recommend if you're visiting Navarre!

Happy little get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Clean sheets, comfy pillows, kuerig coffee maker and a waterheater that was magical after long days on the beach or on adventures. The pool was right outside the back door! My son said he didn't like it, he loved it! And that's saying something coming from a finicky 8 yr old. Beth was very quick with responses, but to be honest, I only had to contact her before our trip and at check out. We had no issues while we were there.
