“Good staff, room OK, amenities so so”

“This is nothing more than a basic airport hotel. The photos are misleading and it is of much lower quality than it appears. The food is terrible and the service even worse. If staying here you will need super low expectations or just choose somewhere else, it’s not worth what they are charging. The deluxe room should have come with a patio or terrace seating area according to the description but only came with a step. The doors to the room are patio doors and offer no insulation against noise....

“We stayed one night in transit to another hotel. The hotel has nice facilities such as the pool and breakfast area, and good play equipment for small kids, however the room itself is pretty run down and requires an uplift and serious renovation. The bedding was really old, and the bathroom and shower had serious mould which needed cleaning. I also found a bug in my omelette for breakfast, so another point lost there. Overall, an ok stay if your stay is short but I would not recommend for long...

“First time to Fiji and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Fijians are happy and helpful but here they were the bomb!!! We had a nice suite, breakfast every morning and on sundays the staff made a Fijian lunch for everyone. They accommodated our late flight times. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and groceries.”

“Everything was perfect except for the bath tub which was bit rundown. Staffs were 👏 brilliant”
