You can't beat that view!
Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). Thank you to the hosts.

Nelson Kalimna
Spacious stay for just the two of us. Main floor has lovely views and nice open design. There are more bedrooms and a bathroom in the walk-out basement that we did not use. Unit is a little rustic but was very comfortable, including the main floor queen bed. Hosts are in house next door and are very friendly and attentive to issues, with many great suggestions on what to see. Would stay again if we get back to the area.

Perfect location!
The ideal location to head down to the beach, water park or into Nelson, or out to the Abel Tasman...and a fabulous view! Kalimna had everything we needed for a great family holiday, a really comfortable home with all the amenities in a great location. Thanks Dianne and Mike:-)

Great space for 5 adults
This holiday house was great as a base for 5 adults. There was ample space, close enough to walk to the beach, and had good facilities with 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a full kitchen. We liked being able to open the very large windows in the kitchen. The soundproofing between the first and ground floors is poor as you can hear every footstep. All in all we have thoroughly enjoyed this house and would recommend it to others.

Happy holiday in Nelson
Thank you for the great holiday home. We felt immediately at home and loved having our dog with us. The driveway was ideally located to charge our EV overnight by putting our cable out the bedroom window. We appreciated the good tips on local sights. Thanks again :-)

Home Away from Home with a WOW view!
Absolutely lovely bach with everything we needed & the views from the main living areas are amazing (even in the rain). Enough spaces for everyone to enjoy & even better that our doggy could join us for our holiday. Diane & Mike were fantastic hosts! Will definitely be looking for this place next time we’re up.

Beautiful View
Owners were very accomodating despite our last minute booking. The house warms up very fast and has heating downstairs, the view is just beautiful, the fold out bed was fine for our 8 yr old and made it easy to have her closer to us for medical reasons. Very nice place to stay WiFi worked great for our daughter who needed it for an assessment. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

lovely views and comfortable house has all the amenities needed
Not a biggie but we surprised to find three cockroaches at different time in the lounge area. I know they are impossible to exterminate. This did not detract or impact on our stay in any way. House was fine and suited our needs perfectly.

Lovely outlook, and great having fully fenced back yard for letting our dog out. Note that two bedrooms are downstairs, so not suitable for mobility impaired, but nice tidy clean comfortable place to stay.
