“Easy parking & very clean & comfortable”

“Location and amenities are very good. I gave 4 because nothing in life is perfect. We liked the place and this is our second year staying with Lisa. I wish we could meet her and her loved one in person but maybe next time. We bought a stepping stool just to climb the bed. The one under the bed is not high enough for us old peopleBed is great. “Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

“Kitchen had everything you would want: pots and pans of all sizes, knives, range, oven, full sized fridge with ice maker. Both beds were large and super comfortable. Fresh, fluffy towels, plus a washer and dryer. You even have a private, gated courtyard with two seating areas with tables and chairs. ”

“I have owned or managed vacation rentals since 2002 so I appreciated the fact that everything was as advertised. If you're ok with "really small"; you'll like this place, and owner is easy to work with. ”
