“Clean”

“Our extended family of 11 adults and 4 kids had a fantastic time here in June 2026. The property was clean and well-stocked with towels and extra sheets. The kitchen had great amenities, and there were two refigerators. The kids spent a LOT of time in the pool, which was really nice and super convenient. “This place is really neat, everything's brand new and everything works perfectly. It's super low-key, super private, and easy to get around.”

“I was pretty skeptical about booking this property as it was new and had no reviews, but got a new listing discount and thought I would take a chance because the listing looked so incredible!! It almost looked to good to be true, that it may be a scam.It was not. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully well thought out. “Clean comfortable stay, great location to explore Vegas”

“We had a great time at this property! The pool was amazing in the Vegas sun! The owner was incredibly helpful, super responsive, and went above and beyond for us. Our thermostat went out to control the AC and he had someone out within 30 minutes to fix it. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Plenty of places to lounge and enjoy each other. Easy to get to the strip but nice to stay away from the lights in the middle of the night! Recommend this property 100%!”

“Our stay at Eddie’s place was wonderful. Under difficult circumstances, Eddie went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our stay multiple times after my dad passed away. His kindness, flexibility, and outstanding communication meant more to us than he probably realizes. The house was spotless, easy to find, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were simple, making an already stressful time much easier. The backyard was one of our favorite parts of the property. Our dog, Toad,...
