Meeting Dexter the Donkey and the cats on the property, as well as enjoying the scenery, was the highlight. “This was my first experience with renting a VRBO. Very nice home and location. We enjoyed our stay and would book this location again for a future visit. Suggestions......... A full length mirror in at least one room for dressing. A bedside lamp next to each bed (with light bulbs) A desk and/or dresser in each bedroom to unpack and settle in vs living out of a suitcase on the floor.”

“I’ve been to their home twice now. They provide every essential you need. It’s quiet and peaceful. They provide board games to entertain the family. I recommend the hot tub at night, I’m pretty sure you can see every star in the sky. Even the power plant across the field provides a cool landscape.”

“First i want to say the house was spacious enough for all of us. The house was not very clean and the vents must've been dirty because we all got sick with colds and congestion the next day. The fenced in backyard is basically jst the pool and a little space for the grill. We could not go out there because of the way the pool is covered and not blocked off so the kids or even adults may have fallen on the tarp which had previous holes and fallen in the pool which still had water in it. “I booked this house many months ago, before there were any reviews of the home. It was convenient to our family that we were visiting in Freeburg Il. It was listed as a 4 Bedroom Home, sleeping 8. -the bedrooms had NO shades -only 2 bedrooms had sleepable beds (foam topper thrown on floor and a bedframe with missing slats) were in 2 of the bedrooms, so no one could sleep in those rooms. -sheets on one of the beds were dirty and towels needed to be washed. -House was dirty with one of the...
