The location of the condo is perfect however the property details are not accurate. The property is NOT handicap accessible, the steps to/from the condo and to/from the different level decks down to the water are very steep. There are no "watch your step" signs. You are not told that the property lights are turned off at 11:00pm. We did not get to the property until late so by the time we had a chance to walk around the property it was dark and I fell down a set of stairs injuring my knees, chest and head. You are not told that immediately upon check in you must wear the wristbands at all times. The information provided states "must be worn in order to use the amenities on the property. If they are not on security can will ask you to leave the pool and river areas". This is inaccurate, they told us to leave ALL areas since we did not have on the wristband. The security officer was incredibly nice about it but she was firm on us leaving the upstairs patio (next to the parking lot) since we had no wristband on. The check in instructions are not clear. Nothing I received stated to go directly to the condo and that the access code was for the door. There were no instructions on operating the door/deadbolts. The email I received which stated the wifi login/password did not match the information provided inside the condo. The condo is older and is in a much needed renovation. The pictures on the listing do not match the condo. The floors are cracked and have paint droppings in various places, 2 light bulbs were out in the dining area, both of the bathroom showers are incredibly slippery (one guest fell). I am glad I took before and after pictures/videos of the condo including the dishwasher, AC and refrigerator
temps as the instructions were very clear not to change any temperatures or you could be charged to replaced the appliances.
While staying at the condo we did meet several very friendly people some who own a condo and some who rent. Security is present, only during specific hours, not 24 hours (which was fine). The security officer was incredibly nice and friendly as well as the maintenance guy Jed.
