Great Location and Property!

From floating the river, walking across the street to Schliterbahn, enjoying the birds and deer with morning coffee on the patio, there was something for everyone to do.

Love the new ladder access from the river, so much easier to get out for us "older" crowd.

The location in the complex was great too with it being close to the pool! The only negatives would be the outdated furniture, a bit disappointed in the living room furniture and lack of comfortable seating.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the "clean" towels contained hair. Next, the water in 3 locations was brown and discolored. Finally, we located two dead roaches. All of this was disclosed immediately to management, with no response until the next day. I was told the water was to be expected due to nearby construction (not disclosed in listing and unclear if the water was even safe), roaches were not a problem because they were "already dead" and to be expected (not disclosed in listing). After going to the management office during their posted hours only to find it too was closed due to "construction" (not disclosed) I told management I had no choice but to leave and find clean water and a roach free residence. After leaving early, owner refused any refund. Avoid. Carpet is stained, roaches, discolored water, dirty towels, water damage in the ceiling. Worst VRBO experience I've ever had.

The imdividual property was nice and great location. Individual bedrooms could use an upgrade. The property complex on river side had trash all along the river bank. Not the issue of owner but rather complex management.

Family River Trip

Property was in a great location and very clean. You can walk to Schlitterbaun. The only problem we had was with our very disrespectful neighbors. Not a property problem.

Love the location

We loved this specific condo - our balcony faced the comal river and we loved being able to swim in the water after hours! The only complaint is the water pressure was very low, so the girls had a hard time washing their hair.

Great location and accommodations

Patio overlooks the river and within walking distance to water park and tubing. Will definitely be staying here again.

It is so easy to walk across the street, enter the river and float to the private exit or the public exit a bit further. Great location for Schlitterbahn as well. Very strict on having guests visit the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was very clean, comfortable and the company made it very easy. I checked in after hours, got a door code, and had no issues during our stay. The unit was clean, modern and well stocked with the basics (detergents, soaps, an abundance of towels, and paper products), more than I expected honestly. I wish the master bedroom had blackout drapes as the sun came in and made it very warm and bright early in the morning. An extra floor fan would have been appreciated as it was hot at night. The unit is well situated near the pool/hot tub and the river entry. It is also walking distance from the last public exit. The river was beautiful as always and the unit was very quiet.

WONDERFUL. We had such a great time on our girls trip. We loved floating the river and hanging out at the hot tub. This is the perfect place for families. We could see deer from our balcony, the water was perfect floating from the public access to our condo. I cant wait to bring my family back

Very nice, spacious, perfect location condo

Very nice, clean condo, spacious perfect location. Deborah was the best host. She suggested places to eat. Which we took her up on. The Buttermilk Cafe has the best breakfast. We also went to to the Alpine Haus, another place for great German food. We will definitely be back !

Excellent spot. Beware there are stairs tho— no elevators

Beautiful and had plenty of room but this is a 2nd story walkup (no elevators). Hope to come back next year

Excellent Stay!!!

Very nice condo! Perfect location for floating the river and experiencing Gruene/New Braunfels. The property manager is awesome and very responsive if needed. Will definitely stay here again.
