Great place to stay with a family. Close access to the river and also nearby restaurants, water parks, and anything you could need on vacation. Definitely will be rsturning with family again.

Fantastic New Braunfels Stay

Greatly enjoyed our time at this property. In the heart of New Braunfels and within walking distance of several attractions including the Comal River and Schlitterbahn. Would highly recommend for any family/group visiting New Braunfels.

A quick getaway

My brothers and I stayed overnight to float the comal and do a bit of fishing! Hosts were amazing! Check in and check out were simple and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for an Audult Family

Bachelorette Party

We booked our stay for a bachelorette party. The condo and location were both perfect. The condo was clean except the floors hadn’t been moped in awhile. We will definitely keep this location in mind for our future visits.

Comal River trip

The condo was great for 2 couples with 2 adult kids. The location is on the Comal River and the resort is family friendly. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have private bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and linens for our use. We had a great view of the river and plenty of room in the condo for 7 adults. We would stay here again.

Prime location

Great proximity to river and dining. Solar screen missing on bedroom window. Bed seemed smaller than a queen and mattress was really uncomfortable. Didnt get a good nights sleep, but the kids said their mattress was fine. Condo was dated, but didn’t hinder experience. Kitchen could be more stocked with daily items. Dumpster could have been closer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall property was acceptable. Great location and views from balconies were wonderful. Being long stay guests we felt there could have been more amenities i.e. more large mugs in kitchen (one of four was cracked) more cookware, small appliances, kettle, some throw cushions in the living room and a vacuum cleaner would have been nice. Linens and towels were adequate. Mattress in second bedroom should be replaced. All the condo issues and concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally by the management staff.

Summer vacation

The place is in a great location but unfortunately the condo was dirty. The floors hadn’t been clean. My grandchild walked around barefoot and ended up with black feet. One of the tubs had a dirt rim and obviously was not cleaned. I would have not expected this rental to be as dirty for the amount that we paid. We got instructions for an external storage room where the floating tubes were supposed to be but this code never worked. Luckily the floats were in the patio. A couple of them looked like they were damage. Pool hours on the joining instructions were different from the sign displayed at the pool. We made the best of the trip since we were celebrating my granddaughter birthday.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was pretty good. However the unit was very outdated ie...shell sinks, popcorn ceilings & hard/uncomfortable mattresses. The owners spy on you by the neighbors Ring doorbell & I was charged $300 for a visiting friends small pet visiting for <2 hrs. Parking is a unmonitored so “your” spot may be taken. Upstairs toilet clogged upon arrival. Fans are shaky and make noise if on. The vents are filled with dust and debris. Ceilings have water spots. I could go on and on. We won’t return to this unit ever again.
