Stay was fine, but afterwards, the owner accused us of "destroying" his property, which is absolutely absurd. My wife and I were the only ones there, and we left early because she had some health concerns. There was no evidence of damage to the property and he even got his insurance claim denied, then proceeded to message me after the fact telling me to "grow up, bro", when I have nothing to do with the insurance claim.I do not like being harassed via messages for damage that even the insurance company said did not occur, especially when there was no evidence of the supposed "damage" On top of all of that, the photos and description of the property are quite deceiving, as it is not directly on the water at all, but is a condo in the middle of the complex, with the only water access being 4 flights of stairs across the complex. Overall, I did not have any issues with the place until the owner harassed me and acted extremely immaturely after the fact.

Amazing stay on the river!

We had the best time in New Braunfels because of this property. The condo is beautiful and has everything my family needed to have a relaxed vacation. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and ability to use a grill which was right out the door in the shared property space. The river is right onsite so it was easy to jump in and cool off in the August heat. The downtown location allowed us to walk to everything including the farmers market and shops. 10/10 stay with amazing hosts, will definitely return.

Great property! Right on the Comal River with easy access to Schlitterbahn and all the River outfitters. If you are looking for a quick 1 hr float there is a public exit you can put in right across the street by the bridge and exit at the property. It was perfect when we wanted to float but didn’t want to drive or do a full float.

Wurstfest Weekend Getaway

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and had great river access. It was just a short drive from the Wurstfest and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The host Kody was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location to everything

Great location for all sorts of activities. Super close to accessing the Comal River. This trip was a quick weekend for baseball camp so hoping to come back for some needed R&R and take in all the warm-weather attractions. The property owner was very friendly and informed us of the HOA performing maintenance on a water line before our arrival. Helped us navigate easily to the condo location. The only drawback was the water didn't stay warm long enough for 2 adults and kids to shower. This could be a reason for the water line maintenance being performed by the HOA. Also, the upstairs resident doesn’t allow much room for one to share the covered parking spot for a full size SUV. Very tricky to park especially at night. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would book again with this owner.
