✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). Hey there! We want to make sure you have all the information you need before booking your stay at this property. Please note that while we love pets, unfortunately, this home is not pet-friendly, so please plan accordingly. If there is any violation of the rental agreement due to the presence of a pet on the premises you will be asked to leave immediately, failure to comply may result in further action, including forfeiture of any remaining stay, additional fees, or legal proceedings as necessary.
On a brighter note, we've got plenty of fun activities and amenities available for our guests. Board games and cornhole are provided for your entertainment, and we also offer a pack n play and highchair for families traveling with little ones.
If you're in the mood for some outdoor adventure, take advantage of the 4 kayaks available on the property, complete with life jackets provided for your safety. And after a long day of exploring, unwind by the firepit or fireplace (just note that wood is not provided).
We do want to let you know that there are some friendly neighborhood dogs that wander around, so if you have any concerns or allergies, please keep that in mind.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.
11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
