  • WE HAVE PICKLE BALL NOW!! POOL IS OPEN!! BRING YOUR PADDLES!! And an amazing HOT TUB!! everything is completely PRIVATE to you and your guests. 1.5 miles to DT New Braunfels and Gruene.
    house is on a huge lot right in the middle of town and everything that is awesome about new braunfels and Gruene. 6 blocks from schlitterbahn. Just minutes from all the tubing companies and all the river entrances for both the Guadalupe and Comal River. House has a huge kitchen and two full bathrooms. There is a propane and charcoal barbecue pit. There is a fire pit. Also relax and have some beverages in the sports bar/lounge right behind your house. The bar/lounge is completely private to you and your guests. The pickle ball court is shared with the other house on the property. (no unauthorized parties). if you wanna host a party of 25 or more there is an extra event fee $) ***you can book the entire resort privately. There is another house and resort style pool available. This house has it all! Seriously- even a bidet! We rented for the Renaissance Faire and a birthday party and it was perfect for the 9 people aged 21-30. They had an absolute blast and really enjoyed all of the amenities the property has to offer.

Great Getaway!!

This property has it all!! One stop shop, but so close to town, shopping and night life if you prefer. Great host, available for any needs. Clean property and amazing amenities!! Loved it for our girls weekend!!

Quick Visit

The location was great and the property was unique. Lots of room for kids to run & play and great spaces for the adults to hang out. The check-in process was easy, the property owner available for and responsive to questions, and the check-out responsibilities were minimal.

GREAT Location & Awesome Host!

We rented this home for a friends Bachelorette Party and we were not disappointed!! The owner was absolutely accommodating, very responsive, friendly and always made sure the outside lights and music were on for us when we got back from town. It is really in a perfect location to visit Gruene, float the river or go into New Braunfels. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, and we will for sure be back in the future!

Spacious and private location

Enjoyed the space inside the clean house backyard was spacious and clean and liked the privacy of the location. Property manager was very attentive and kind.

Family and Friends Vacation

Great family vacation! Close to Comal, Gruene, and Schlitterbahn. Best part was Lance had a chiller on the pool. So after we came back from all the activities the pool was great!

Great Stay with the boys!

Had a great couple days staying at Lance’s place! Property is beautiful and relaxing! Very nice pool and Outdoor area! The owner Lance, was very hospitable and responded quickly to communication! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

River town hide away

This place is a gem and I had a hard time leaving … so much privacy so much relaxation. The owner is so helpful and the property has everything anyone needs. Pool, house , parking , cabana , game room , patio , kitchen , sleeping , privacy , speakers for music everywhere , all amenities … can’t wait to go back… great job Mr Lance …

Great weekend getaway

Lance was an excellent property owner and was extremely helpful with anything we could’ve needed. Lance upon our arrival was welcoming and continued this throughout our stay. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking to relax without any worries.

Great time

House was nice and spacious with plenty of tvs for everyone. Nice bonus space in a shed out back with games. Very simple check in and out. Great communication with host. Will be staying there again.

Amazing time

The owner was amazing and would make sure our stay was good and if we needed anything. I celebrated my birthday and most of all it was dog friendly place and our dogs enjoy there stay just as much as we did. We will be booking in the future. Great time!!

Great place to stay!

This place is awesome! It’s on a dead end street on 2 acres so neighbors were no issue. It’s also close to everything you want to do as far as both rivers and Gruene. The pool is a game changer after you get off the River in the evenings and the owner is a great guy, I will definitely be back!

We rented the house from Lance to celebrate my mother and my wife's birthday with our adult children and their families. It is a great size for an extended family, 8-12 adults. Lots to do on site, and close to everything in town. Pool area is very nice...kids enjoyed the gameroom put back...will be back to hopefully enjoy some river time.

Would give more stars if I could

Was the absolute perfect spot for a group of friends wanting a fun and relaxing weekend. Lance could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Perfect location, but found myself just wanting to hang at the awesome pool area the whole time. Will definitely be back!

Family Vacay

Our stay was great! We were visiting for a family wedding and this house was central to all the fun things in Gruene/New Braunfels. We loved the space in the house but we really loved the outside! It is secluded and we enjoyed the pickle ball court, hot tub and pool table! We sat outside and drank our coffee and watched deer in the back yard. It was relaxing and tons of fun. Highly recommend!
