Start a summer tradition in the heart of Grand Beach! Located across the street from the lake on one of the highest points in the village, Sky Haven is the ideal gathering place for family and friends. Swim in the 20'x40' private pool, sit with your children in the smaller attached "kids" pool, or relax in the hot-tub just off the master bedroom. Watch some of the best sunsets in the WORLD from the back deck and soak up the lake breeze. Lake Views are partially blocked by trees and a couple beautiful homes across the street so walk down the block and have your toes in the sand within minutes. Playground, Tennis Courts, and Basketball is a five minute golf cart ride away, as is another beach access with a pier and creek. Don't forget your clubs as golf is just a two minute cart ride away from this ultimate summer escape!

Property is set up to deliver the BEST experience among family and friends with all the essentials provided by life-long Grand-Beacher: Free Golf Cart Use; Two Kayaks; Fifteen Beach Chairs; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Extra Oven Below Counter; Two Refrigerators; Dining for Twelve+ Indoors or at Enormous Outdoor Table; Billiards Table in Basement; Three Separate Living Areas with Couches and HDTVs; Gas Grill; Charcoal Grill; Outdoor Couches; Chaise Lounges; Deck Chairs; Fire-Pit; and a Full Length Bar and Foosball in the Cabana.

The gigantic main bedroom is perfect for a family of five+ or just fine for one couple as it holds six extra beds in addition to the king. Two more bedrooms on the main level provide a king and queen bed plus ample closet space. The lower level hosts two additional bedrooms with four bunked twins and a crib in one room, and a queen in the other.

The beach is a quick walk away. Load up the golf cart with your beach chairs, and cooler (no glass), then roll down the hill, make one right turn and stop before you come to the edge of the dune. Leave the cart and spend a day on this secluded, residents and guests only beach. Once the sun sets start up a bonfire and drift away with the sounds of the lake!

Need to cool off and get out of the sun? Head down to the fully finished basement! Full length billiards table has new professionally installed slate/felt for hours of fun. Or, with ample couch space, disappear from the crowd and catch a ballgame on the HD Cable TV.

Sky Haven is an approved and registered rental property within Grand Beach. Please note that as part of that registration, we are capped to 14 total overnight guests, with a 20 person daytime capacity. (Counts do not apply to children under two years of age.)
