“Absolutely PERFECT in every way! The house is in a location, just far enough that you feel like your getting away, but close enough to beaches and places to eat! We all enjoyed the fire pit area to relax and talk and the loft upstairs was super fun to sleep all together and spend quality time with family Secret cubby for my 2 grandsons was highlight of their trip!Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed and we really appreciate that! Homemade cookies were delicious! Little bags of chips were perfect...

“Had a great time! Highly recommend this place! The house was spotless and the host was nice enough to offer extra toiletries in case we forgot anything. Her replies to messages were super quick and helpful as well! The neighborhood was peaceful and the community around it is super friendly. This is a great place to stay at to relax and get away from the rest of the busy world.”

“Great place - no questions at all about how clean it is - just move your stuff in and start enjoying the place. Good location - and great restaurant within two blocks if you miss the Thistledown & Row restaurant you will have missed the best in the area. Place is quiet, comfortable we will be returning”

“Upon arrival we immediately discovered the house was dirty, garbage in all the garbage cans , beds made with used , slept in sheets, that were made to look fresh. The carpets were not vaccumed and the vacuum was clogged up, my husband unclogged the hose and after we vacuumed so the children could crawl on floors , it was apparent that they had not been vaccines in awhile. On a good note, I immediately reported to our host and she apologized and call for cleaning service to come clean roughly...

“We had a great stay in this beautiful home! It's open and airy and was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen and lots of space to relax as well. Plenty of towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Our boys loved the game room/rec area. The owner was very polite and responsive with any questions we had. Would stay again! Thanks!”

“Host was responsive and communicative. Place was exactly as pictured and described. Great location. Amazing garage. ”

“Everything was perfect. Great sleeping arrangements and comfortable beds. Very clean with spaces for relaxing in and out of doors. Host was very nice to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely be back to stay at the “Golden Dome Getaway.””

“Everything was perfectly set up for 3 couples with kiddos. We really enjoyed the fact that there were three bedrooms with king beds and TVs. All of the beds and linens were very comfortable. The living and dining rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Our kids enjoyed the double bunk beds and extra hangout space in the basement. Our host was very quick to respond. The location was great and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.”

“It was an absolutely amazing house. Pictures don’t do it any justice. Claudia was so sweet. We are already planning a trip next year. Everyone agreed that we will be staying there again.”

“We loved this property! It had everything and was very well located based on our needs. The host quickly answered any questions I had by messenger! I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the backyard was very cute. I also appreciated the standing desk and treadmill.”

“The Schoolhouse was very spacious, with ample driveway parking, a large open kitchen and family room, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and updated, roomy bathrooms. While the house is beautiful, it requires more attention and care, as overall cleaning was lacking, the pool heater was not working, the outdoor grills were dirty, and the floors were squeaky. We paid a significant amount for a four-night stay and expected the property to reflect what was described. I planned this trip as a time to...

“The house itself is beautifully decorated, and well stocked! My young children loved running around the home exploring all the rooms and finding all the fun things there were to discover, like a jacuzzi tub (not a hot tub like the description says), puzzles, a tent, and fun outdoor games! The kitchen had everything we needed, and even had a grill with all the appropriate grilling tools. The home has nice outdoor seating, is very well laid out, clean, well stocked, close to the beach, very kid...

“Plenty of space for two large families. Location was central to downtown and the Notre Dame campus. Enjoyed our stay.”

“It was very open and very accommodating when we had to bring our pets with us for the weekend.”
