“It was a great 3 day vacation. The staff was nice…the room was clean and the pool was nice. The property was clean I wish there were more accessible trash cans. The beds were okay I wouldn’t say comfortable but not horrible. The bathroom was very clean no mold and the shower curtain was clean which is important to me…the coffee maker worked although I didn’t drink it and the fridge and microwave was in working condition. The negative parts were the curtain on our window was not long enough so...

“The room was clean but small. Perfect location to beach. Television never worked. Small fridge that had a block of ice in the freezer part. But overall good stay because walking distance to beach was 250 ft”

“Best thing about the place, is of course the location, right on beach at Hampton Beach, and our room was overlooking the ocean. Issues: Room was kind of small and they only had powdered creamer for the coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. Also, the small refrigerator in the room had no freezer, so could not freeze by ice packs for the next day on the beach, and the front desk had no freezer when I asked. $400 a night!”
