Lakeside fall fun

We had a very nice stay at Lake Badin. We got to enjoy the fall colors both from the nice porches as well as from the pontoon boat. Great place!

OUTSTANDING LAKEFRONT PROPERTY

Nice location for a family getaway. Superb communication with the property manager. Clean and inviting house. Available water toys are a huge plus. Highly recommend this property!

Its all in the small details – what a perfect place for the best vacation ever..

This place is amazing, you have everything you need to enjoy the most pleasant time ever, and you’ll feel taken care of with so many small things that makes you stay just a little more comfortable. Terra is caring and thoughtful and it was just pure fun to stay – we’ll come back!

Exceptional Home and Host

This lake house has everything you could want! Terra is a awesome host, quickly answering questions and making sure we knew everything needed for the home, boat, and lake. We rented all of the lake toys and used them all. It was wonderful to explore the lake on the boat, swim, float, paddleboard, bird watch, play 'large' jenga, make smores, and enjoy Lake Life!

Just perfect!

This cute house is right on the lake, beautifully decorated, and CLEAN! Ladies weekend getaway was wonderful sitting on the porch, in front of the fireplace, and by the fire pit. Plenty of room for yoga on the dock, big dinning table for everyone

Family time

I rented this house to just relax and enjoy some family time ! My grandson came in from Texas and it was my daughter’s birthday. The house was very spacious and the view was spectacular!

Wonderful June Visit!

We had a beautiful stay at Red Sky for an early June getaway. The weather was great and Red Sky was a delightful family vacation home away from home! The porch was enjoyed morning, noon, and night! The water toys were great, also! We will be back!

We had a cool weather weekend but the lake house and views did not disappoint. The gas logs were wonderful! We felt like we were at a mountain chalet overlooking the lake for great family time! Thank you!

Christmas Vacation

Our family met up here for a quiet Christmas getaway and we were not disappointed. This place was the perfect spot for our time together. The home was decorated for Christmas making it extra special and homey. It rained almost the whole time we were here but there was plenty to do in the house to keep us busy. The host is amazing and had several recommendations for things to do in the area. We also enjoyed the fire by the lake on the one night it didn’t rain. Highly recommend this spot!

We loved our stay, the house was clean and inviting. The owners made sure to add personalized touches to our welcoming. We rented the boat for one day and enjoyed our time on the boat. Everything about this house was perfect. Can’t wait to plan our next trip. 🥰

The perfect house!

Our book club of five older women stayed here over the weekend. Our hostess, Terra, thought of everything one could possibly need. One of my friends said, "I feel so cared for." The view from the dock of the fall leaves was so pretty and peaceful. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed an outing to Gold Hill antique village. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect in every way

Our stay at Red Sky Lodge was nothing short of amazing. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. It slept 3 couples + 1 more adult very comfortably. The views were breathtaking and the entire feel of the house was serene. Perfect for summer or fall rentals! Terra was a pleasure to deal with and provided our group with some wonderful local recommendations! Will definitely book again next year

Thumbs Up for Red Sky!

We made a last minute decision to book a lakehouse for a quick 5 day / 4 night getaway, and Red Sky was absolutely perfect. The property is located in a nice cove where you can watch the sun come up every morning out on the spacious deck. There was plenty of room at the dock for our boat, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and clean and had everything you need to enjoy some time away. Terra is great to work with, and everything in the home is in good working order. We would definitely rent again!

Awesome!

Beautiful home in a wooded area has everything you would want! The location is perfect and having a beautiful boat available to rent is ideal. The kitchen feels like home - it has everything you would need and more. Great porch facing the lake to catch the breeze. The king bed is comfy and is dressed with nice linens. The host was very responsive and it was a joy meeting her! We will be staying again. Don’t miss this one!

Wonderful comfortable home

5 ladies for a Friendsgiving weekend. Home was very clean and equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Hostess was phenomenal and thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Little added touches here and there made her a thoughtful hostess toads you feel at home. Definitely will return. We all have this property 5 golden stars.

Dream getaway

This is an amazing property. Pack your favorite snacks, bathing suit and toiletries. Terra has everything else you will need there and available. House was immaculate, warm and welcoming. Love taking our boat and docking it during the stay. The deck views in the morning are perfect for coffee. We will be returning in the near future. Thanks for such an enchanting getaway at the lake. Our Stay at Red Sky Lake House

Went for a few day stay at the Dotson's Lake House. Terra was wonderful to communicate with, got back to me right away. She thought of all the detailed things that would make a great family trip!! It is a cozy and super clean home, very comfortable, great decor, and their boat rental and kayaks were an extra bonus. Scott took the time to explain all about the boat and where our dog can safely swim. I would recommend their home in a second, one of the best we have vacationed at!!! Don't hesitate, book it soon!
