Esta casa histórica renovada tiene un dormitorio principal con cama Queen size y baño principal en suite con bañera de hidromasaje y amplio vestidor en el primer piso. El segundo dormitorio en el primer piso cuenta con futón y se dobla como una sala de estudio / meditación. Un baño completo se encuentra convenientemente a través del pasillo, junto con el cuarto de lavado con lavadora / secadora. Arriba en el desván son dos camas de tamaño completo con otro baño completo en suite. El cuarto dormitorio es un dormitorio de uso mixto que incluye la sala de estar. Gran capacidad de almacenamiento para la ropa y equipo de toda la casa. Delantero y porches traseros para relajarse antes de ir a la ciudad o refrito los acontecimientos noches. This property was really unique because it's one of the last shotgun-style cottages with unique New Orleans flair. The location was fantastic - just a five-minute walk from the convention center and near many restaurants and bars. The property itself was recently updated with two bedrooms, an open loft bedroom on the second floor, and two very comfortable pull-out sofas in the living room. Three bathrooms made it extra convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped, as were bathrooms with plenty of towels as well as extras like razors and toothbrushes. There were ample K-cups for the coffee maker, an ironing board and iron, and two sets of washers/dryers. An added bonus was the enclosed, private parking for up to three vehicles in the rear of the property. Checkin was great with keypad access as well as a personal introduction by the friendly and knowledgeable property manager. Unique art by the owner was displayed throughout the bright and airy, impeccably clean home. We were worried at first that it would be noisy due to the elevated highway directly behind the property, but it was surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood felt very safe and just two blocks from the WWII museum.We would 10/10 recommend staying here and would do so again in a heartbeat.

This property was centrally located and an oasis in the urban sprawl. Only downside the the traffic noise when in the backyard, but it was a minor issue at best. I would certianally stay here again.

Can’t say enough about our NOLA stay

We had 3 couples staying for our 6 night vacation and this was seriously the perfect hub for us to come together, plan our days in comfort and cool and recalibrate for the next day adventure. If you are coming for a conference or function at the convention center then this is your spot. 3-block walk with a sweet little park to cut through was all to get to my 3 day nursing conference while the rest of the group found their favorite coffee, beignet, street car ride adventures. Each couple had their own bathroom and plenty of cozy spots to gather around our coffee/cocktails/leftovers and talk about how grateful we were that we picked the calm swamp boat rather than wild air boat for our alligator tour. We had a great list of recommendations for eateries and the fabulous Couchon around the corner was a return visit for sure. Absolutely fabulous location for people who like a mix of walking (like we do to catch the street art and real feel of the city) and easy access for Lyft pick-up. Then back for a fabulous jet tub soak. Can’t say enough about our NOLA stay

Amazing stay!!

We had a incredible stay at this house! Everything was perfect and the property manager Allen was a blessing. It is a beautiful old house with lots of character and a great back yard. Unfortunately my wife had a medical emergency and Allen bent over backwards to help us get through it. His kindness and generosity will not be forgotten!! We are forever grateful! Highly recommend this beautiful gem!

An amazing comfy and accommodating stay!

The stay was super roomy and comfortable. The interior had a homely, warm feel, filled with all toiletries, towels, blankets, etc. that you need to have an amazing time with your friends/family. The place was conveniently located to some nice bars and restaurants. The owner was without a doubt, super helpful and made sure we were taken care of. He was also super resourceful with recommendations to hit up within the NOLA area. Would highly recommend and return to!

New Orleans Oasis

We stayed at this lovely home for a ladies trip and it was perfection. The home is situated on a quiet street and has a large, private backyard. There is a market, escape room, lounge/oyster bar, and several award winning restaurants within a 2-10 minute walk. We walked to the FQ from the house many times and enjoyed jogs down the trolley tracks on beautiful St. Charles Ave. The beds were comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was awesome. The home is appointed extremely well from linens, toiletries, towels, appliances and technology. The area is very nice at all times of day, so if you are concerned about feeling safe, the location is about as good as it gets while still being walking distance to the heart of New Orleans. The host and property manager were incredibly generous, accommodating and communicative. We loved our stay and would recommend this home without hesitation!!!

NOLA Vacation

Wonderful vintage New Orleans home. Warm, comfortable, well stocked for longer stays, great beds, well maintained. House is very quiet inside despite being very close to the highway.Walkable to many great NO restaurants, museums and inparticular, the WWII museum. 30 min walk to Jackson Sq. and French Quarter.Would definately stay again!

Family Vacation in NO

I can not say enough great things about the house, the property manager, and the owner. The house itself is spectacular and has been lovingly restored to brilliance and adorned with New Orleans flair that allows you to know you are in no ordinary VRBO in no ordinary city! Both comfortable and decorative. Perfectly located to be able to walk to the French Quarter and Garden District or stay in the Arts District. Trolly is also easily accessible. Even easy access to the highway, if, like our family, you wanted to take in a game at LSU. Protected parking provided even! The property manager was immensely helpful, remarkably gracious, and super responsive. I could not recommend more highly!

Great spot in the warehouse district.

Very nice place in a great location. the mandatory 20 minute introduction by the manager was very uncomfortable and frustrating after we had driven 8 hours. Also, this property is not truly a three-bedroom since two of the beds are located in a loft which is open to the rest of the house.

Great Spot for New Orleans Stay

Four friends and I stayed at this property for four nights for a long weekend trip. The property is very nice and the property management is top notch. It is short walking distance from the WWII museum and many great restaurants, and there are two great bars half a block away. The French Quarter and central New Orleans are a bit farther, but there are always tons of Ubers available for a quick ride over for about $15.

Wonderful NOLA Oasis

My family had an amazing time staying here while visiting the city for a concert at the superdome. I am so glad we picked this property. It was very well equipped, comfortable, clean and the location is so convenient to so many parts of town you you’ll want to visit on a trip to New Orleans. Communication with the property owner and Mr. Kelly was excellent and easy. Lastly, having access to private parking in this part of town is a rarity and was so appreciated. We hope to stay at this property again in future trips!

Perfect Company Team Accomodation

We stayed at Sam and Al's property during a recent conference in New Orleans. They were awesome hosts and made sure our living accommodations were perfect. Al met us at check-in to give us a tour of the home, point out the amenities, made sure we knew how everything worked and gave us recommendations for groceries, restaurants, bars and sight seeing spots. Throughout our stay they ensured we were comfortable and truly raised the bar for what I expect from a host.
