There is huge 105 ft. dock with deep water access via boat. Bring your boat and kids and swim, ski, fish and boat in Lake Pontchartrain. The lake is a 3 minute boat ride from the dock. There is a large deck that has seating for eight and extra chairs for overflow. The home is 7 minutes from some of the best fishing in the country. You can even fish right off the dock in the front yard. There is phenomenal fishing in the Rigolets nearby with incredible salt water fishing and access to fresh water fishing within 20 minutes by boat.

You can play in the water or on the boat all day and hit the French Quarter at night for great fun and partying like no where else. You can catch an Uber, Taxi or drive.
