Treme has a pulse all its own - and this art-filled three-bedroom home puts you right in the middle of it. Step off the front porch and you're within walking distance of some of New Orleans' most storied streets, neighborhood spots, and festival grounds. Step back inside and you'll find a comfortable, thoughtfully laid-out space that makes it easy to recharge between adventures.

Living spaces
The living room is warm and welcoming, hung with local artwork and anchored by a Smart TV - log into your preferred streaming accounts and settle in. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a common area keep you connected if you need to get work done. Central air conditioning and central heating keep things comfortable no matter the weather, and a ceiling fan adds an extra layer of ease on warmer evenings.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests with flexibility. Two rooms each feature a queen bed, and the third offers a double bed alongside two singles - a practical setup for families or mixed groups. Room-darkening shades and professionally laundered linens are provided in each room, along with hangers and clothing storage.

Kitchen & dining
The open kitchen is outfitted with a Frigidaire refrigerator, Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove, Frigidaire stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet round out the setup. Pull up a seat at the dining table for six - or carry your plate out to the patio when the mood calls for it.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, plus fresh towels and a hair dryer. A bathtub is available in at least one bathroom for a longer soak after a full day out.

Outdoor living
A front porch with rocking chairs is a natural spot to start the morning or wind down the afternoon with a drink in hand. Out back, a fully fenced private patio and backyard give you a quiet outdoor space away from the street. A private entrance, smart lock self check-in, and free street parking make arrivals and departures easy.

Family-friendly features
A pack 'n play/travel crib and a folding high chair are both available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. In-unit washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

This home sits in historic Treme, steps from Willie Mae's and local markets, with the French Quarter and Fair Grounds reachable on foot. It's a natural base for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, the Sugar Bowl, and New Year's Eve - and equally well-placed for a quieter visit any time of year.
