This inviting home is located just steps away from Bourbon Street in the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street (home of midnight jazz, world famous music venues and local art), and a short distance from the Superdome. Experience the allure of Victorian antiquity in this meticulously designed, 2300 square foot new build. Gleaming wood floors, fine carpentry, 12 foot ceilings, and local décor combine to create an ambiance of spacious elegance.

    Located in the historic Marigny Triangle, Le Château de Pauger can easily host your group; it boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and ample living space. The generous master suite has a king-sized bed and lavish en suite bathroom. Large second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, and additional sleeping arrangements are available for children. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. This property offers more than its luxurious interior accommodations; guests can retreat to a private backyard oasis to refresh and rejuvenate after a day in the French Quarter. Enjoy multiple outdoor seating arrangements, a grill provided for your use, and the outdoor sound system, all within the complete seclusion provided by your privacy fence. From its Victorian elegance to its modern amenities, Le Château de Pauger is a New Orleans original.

The house was fantastic. Very clean with more than enough room four our family of four adults. We loved the back yard and deck. The host was great and had excellent communication with us. Easy walk to the Frenchman Street entertainment area.

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean. Great to be able to cook several of our meals while staying in. Easy on and off trolley access to the French quarter and downtown. Roberts market was a wonderful treat just walking distance from the house. Loved the painted mural in the back yard. We had a fantastic visit in NOLA to celebrate our friend for her birthday and NYE.

Family fun in NOLA

My family stayed in this house during our recent visit to New Orleans, and we really enjoyed it. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we were able to walk to great restaurants, coffee spots, parks and shopping.

Alex was awesome, home was beautiful and stocked with yummy treats, coffee and tea.About equal walking distance to either Frenchman or Bourbon. This is a little bit farther than I usually stay in the Quarter. Felt safe walking in the day but not at night, we used Uber, under 20. There is a security system which is really nice. This house will not disappoint.

Couldn’t have been better.

The home was high tech and amazing. Located within walking distance of many French Quarter attractions, restaurants, clubs, museums. Our host, Alex, was very responsive to our questions. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great NOLA vacation home

Friends trip to New Orleans

The property was amazing - looked even better in person, and Alex was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and very timely in responses. Awesome location (right next to Marigny and the French Quarter). Would stay again here in a heart beat.

The location was great for us. Wedding at the Royal Frenchman. It was within walking distance to just about everything. The house was plenty big and there was a total of 6 adults.

Great stay!

Everything was great! Alex reached out to make sure check-in to the house went smoothly. The house had everything we needed during out stay. Quick walk to the nearby grocery store. Walkable distance to the French Quarter as well. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful location and home

This property was perfect for our getaway! In the Marigny but very short walk to French Quarter. From the beautiful kitchen and backyard to the state of the art sound system this house was perfect!!

Great way to experience New Orleans

Really nice shotgun house in Marigny that was an easy walk to the French Quarter. Given we rented a car the off street parking was perfect. Check in and keyless access was the best I’ve experienced with a VRBO. Checking out some of the local dives was a really nice contrast to traditional French Quarter tourist places.

Birthdays for Mardi Gras and the Super Bowl

My mother and I spent our birthdays here during Mardi Gras season and the house was the icing on the cake for our trip. Returning to this Beautiful house after a long day exploring the city made it hard for is to want to venture out. We felt very comfortable and Alex made the home feel very welcoming!
