Expedia cometió un error en la fecha de la reserva y me cobraron la misma cuando nosotros ni siquiera estábamos en New Orleans. Terminamos pagando 780 dólares por algo que no utilizamos, Expedia no se hizo responsable del error y no dieron atención personalizada al problema. Reiteradamente solicite que escalarán el problema a un supervisor y esto no se hizo, también pedí que vieran mi historial de búsquedas para que identificaran que se habían equivocado en la reserva, porque nunca busqué las fechas que me cobraron y no logré que hicieran caso a ese pedido. Una verdadera lastima, siempre me había ido bien con Expedia y esta vez actuaron mal, incluso me descontaron el punto a acumulados por reservas desde hace años, perdí por todas partes, pésima customer experience! Pésima atención al cliente!

I drove 8 hours to get there and never received the code to gain access, I talked to about 30 people trying to get help. I paid for the room in January of 2026. Long story short I had to spend $597 to get another room. So I’m in the car all this time talking to all these different people with customer service. Mind you I go to the property at :250pm and didn’t find another room til right at 10pm. The customer service needs work and their should’ve someone to trouble these issues immediately. I’m a 56 year old disable women the lupus, sjogrens, sick a cell, aniexty, panic attacks and c-pap machine just to name a few. I need treatments and couldn’t do them fo hours.

This was the wirst experience ever! We got to the hotel and it doesn’t exist. We were stranded with nowhere to stay. It was an absolute nightmare.

The apartment was clean and the amenities were working. Even though we were on the ground floor, it felt safe the entire time. My only note is that I wish that the kitchen came stocked with some necessities, such as dish soap, salt, or pepper.

Good flat, few issues, but whatever

All in all the place was good, there were a few things that were off. No concierge as stated in the listing, so even though there were 5 of us in a 3 bedroom, there were 2 wash cloths. I got stuck in the master bath because the door knob wasn't attached all the way. There was a can light in the living room hanging by it's wires. Lol! The TV never made it off the screen saver. It simply wouldn't change no matter what we tried. I feel like these are passable issues considering the price of the flat and the location. No TV, you're in downtown New Orleans, go for a walk! I'd definitely restay, but I'd email or call ahead to make sure we had all we need. The flat was very clean, the beds were comfy, the products provided were name brand, nice and full service down to tide pods for the laundry. (didn't know there was a washer/dryer in the flat until I found my kids hiding there.)

We stayed one night and just literally slept there. They charged us an “incidental deposit” at check in (even though no one is actually there so there is no check I ) and did not inform us and then said they refunded the money but they never actually did. Also we needed to put our luggage somewhere to return our rental car so we asked if we could drop our luggage at 3:30 (check in was at 4;00) and they told us they would not allow us to do this.

Great place for a family to stay!

Parking isn't free, but it's not expensive either--right on side of the building. To find the entrance, look for the orange door on Gravier Street. We received our codes early, but didn't realize that we couldn't get in until exactly 4pm. There is an option for early check in's if you request through the app (we didn't know that beforehand, honestly saw the codes and thought we were good to go). We had a 3 Bed, 2 Bath room and it was perfect for our family. Great option to be able to have us all together in one space and enjoy quality time together. I would absolutely book here again! Cons--only 4 bath towels provided and they are not on premises so it's not fast to get more, although we did receive more the next day. So bring a few bath towels in your luggage! The kitchen had all the basic amenities, but not near enough pans for biscuits and such. We had one pan to use for biscuits, bacon and cinnamon rolls in the oven. We didn't cook anything except for breakfast, but the cooking utensils were severely limited. There also was no dish soap or dish towels. So you may want to pack that. In all, we would absolutely book here again. The beds were super comfy, the ac worked amazingly, and the space was perfect.

The apartment was lovely. Spacious rooms. However there weren't enough towels for everyone there and we were told it could take 24 hrs to get towels. We had plumbing issues that were not fixed during our stay. One sink had no water coming out in the bathroom and one of the toliet we had to fill up manually with a pot in order for it to flush. We contacted Sonder on the day we arrived and no one could help us. On our final day at 11:30 am a plumber showed up lol how ridiculous. The hot water didn't work in the kitchen until the last day we were there so washing dishes was tough. It's a nice place I would stay again as long as the plumbing issues were fixed

This property was much better than expected. Was spacious, Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We were there for only 1 night but I now know where to stay when I return. The only thing I would suggest are full length mirrors. There are none.

Not smoke free

We visited New Orleans to celebrate my son'birthday with a group of seven people. Upon arriving at the accommodation, I immediately noticed the smell of marijuana throughout the hallways, which was concerning since this was advertised as a non-smoking property. Inside the condo, the smell was pervasive. I was also disappointed to find only four towels provided for our party of seven, despite clearly stating our group size in advance. When I checked the sofa bed, there were no blankets or pillows available. I contacted Sonder about these issues, and they promised to deliver the missing items the following day, which they did. The next few night we all continued to smell marijuana , tho they tried hard to cover up the smell
