  • Centered two blocks from the French Quarter, minutes to the Superdome and Arena, a safe and short walk to anywhere you would want to newly furnished Luxury 1000 Sq Foot Condo allows you the feel of truly living like Mardi Gras Royalty in the Center of Downtown New Orleans.
    The streetcar quietly comes to an end outside the buildings entrance as you are two blocks away from the Canal St start of the French Quarter, you walk to the Casino and the Shops at Canal Place before strolling the Riverfront then hitting Bourbon Street and along down to Frenchman Street to complete your adventure.
    Spaciously appointed, large screen tv and surround sound , gourmet chefs kitchen, two full bathrooms, and plush Master Suite in addition to the large outside deck with seating and firepit to enjoy the open air sights of historic surrounding CBD building as you entertain with evening cocktails or quietly sip morning coffee

Absolutely wonderful stay. The location is great. It was relatively quiet. The condo exceeded expectations. Very clean and little details made a huge difference. We’ve stayed many places and I would say this was the most accommodating. You will not be disappointed

Easy check-in! Great communication! Fantastic location! The patio was our favorite spot, but the entire layout was perfect for drinks, cards, meals, hangout while we weren’t exploring downtown.

It was truly better than advertised. It had all the amenities one can imagine and the location to tons of restaurants in walking distance was a major plus. Moreover, the unit was spotless and well organized.

Excellent host and location

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. The location is close to everything and the host is extremely accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the French Quarter.

Great place for exploring New Orleans. Host was great and everything was seamless. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Outdoor space was totally cool. (Cushions a little worn but unavoidable based on weather, etc.)Really comfy bed. Just cool overall. Can't think of any improvements. :)

Everything was exactly how it was described and pictured, host was very knowledgeable in the location and gave us a list of things going on in the city and where we could find places close to the building. It was a wonderful stay!

Perfect condo and location

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and close to everything. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Safe neighborhood with several good restaurants close by.
