“This condo is very small and no frills. It was very clean with updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Newer flooring as well. However, all of the furniture needs to be replaced. The couch and chair are ragged and squeaky, the master queen bed mattress is sagging on both sides so if you try to sleep in the middle you're sleeping on a hump, flat as a pancake pillows, the coffee table is very shaky and the dining table has seen better days. “Extremely poorly maintained condo unit. When we arrived I reported the inoperable key pad lock, the broken chair, the vertical blinds that don’t close for privacy, and the constant rapid drip in the shower. The light in the main room paddle fan did not work. There is not a single baking dish or large bowl provided in the kitchen. None of these issues were resolved during our 10 day stay. When I stripped the bed the morning of our leaving, I was appalled by the nasty thoroughly stained mattress...

“This place was immaculate, terrific updates, and amenities we’ve never seen in other VRBO’s we’ve been too. Conveniently located across the bridge from Flagler and all that area has to offer. It’s pet friendly with a fenced yard. We’ll be back when we can make the trip and can work the budget. Thanks y’all!”
