Casas de ciudad en New Smyrna Beach

“The beach ir right outside your room. The staff is amazing”

“Great location for downtown New Smyrna.”

“El trato fue amable y cálido. La habitación limpia y las sábanas , tohallas y fundas impecables. Buena ubicación pues íbamos a Nascar 500”

“The property did not have the best "curb appeal". But once we got to our room, room was clean and nice and cold. It was a very small room, but once again clean. The bathroom is a little worn, could use a soft renovation. Our 22 year old son was with us so it was very close quarters for the 3 of us. The pool area was very busy and some garbage, but once again, it was July 4th weekend. Would we stay there again if we were in a pinch? We would.”

“This was the nicest, most friendly, accommodating B&B I have stayed in for quite some time. I will be returning again!”

“After i found my email for the directions to check in everything was smooth. The location was great, the pool only steps away from my room. It was me and my two children. The beach also was only steps away from the room. The room was great, no complaints there. The only thing that was going on was construction on the very top floor but it didn't really get in the way of our vacation but it was kinda loud in the mornings. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks”

“Great location. Super clean, beach view and walking distance to Flagler Ave. Great place to stay!”

“Great nice clean”

“Make sure you do not park on the side of the Coastal Waters Property where the pool gates lead out to. You will be ticketed during the day and towed overnight.”

“First thing first could not lock the sliding glass door. It was actually broken. Towel in the bathroom look like they used it to clean floor big brown stains on it. The grout in bathroom brown from mold or whatever. Could not contact manager for hours and then they would not offer new room or money back. Had the nerve to tell us the owner stayed in that room but there is no way in hell they would stay in that room. Lost over 600 because they would not help. Total trash of a place.”
