The home at 2100 S Atlantic Ave was just great for the whole family. Close to beach access and stores and restaurants all close by. Will definitely come back next year again Great time

Lovely home and perfect location

The house is quite nice and appropriately matched the description, beautiful views and great outdoor space. My only observation was that the floors could have been a little cleaner but guessing that has to do with location! Would highly recommend the property and look forward to staying again!

We stayed here for 7 weeks. Property is located across the street (sandy one-way road) from beach about a 50-yard walk to beach access. The living space on 3rd floor was set up nice. Kitchen had everything you need. Master bedroom and bath were large. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice home

Great property, great location Many issues that were not listed Listing shows beach access right next to home, however, not the case as of last year the hurricane damaged the beach access plus the following beach access and has been closed for almost a year and listing does not show this. It’s a long walk to the beach. Dryer was broke prior to us checking in. We were unable to do any clothes the whole week. Informed management day one. Never fixed or exchanged. Front Yard was unmaintained. On off handle in master shower kept falling off just had to be careful didn’t hurt your foot when it fell. The cable for the tv worked sometimes. Overall everything else about property was nice, clean and well kept.

A wedding savior

This property was everything and more that anyone could ever ask for. We had a horrible experience at a different location and luckily found this villa still available. We booked it at 10 at night and it was ready for us by the next day. Myself and my wife got married June 3rd and this location made for the best pictures all around. We are so grateful for everything this location did for us and hope to visit again as soon as possible.

Our vacation stay

Overall everything went well except a few hiccups like low water pressure in 2nd floor shower and washer. Washer and dryer needs to be upgraded ( lowest point of our stay) Upstairs kitchen was great, bedrooms were clean. House was clean. Overall we had a great time. Oh, front and especially the back door needs an extra dead bolt or some kind of extra security. And yes, I would stay here again.

Beautiful - but too many stairs

There were too many flights of stairs for us. With our pups we had to go up & down way too often. Use of the elevator would have been very helpful. We won’t be staying there again.

Rest and Relaxation

Well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful for our group. I wish the elevator was operational as one guest had a knee problem and had trouble with 3 flights of stairs. Also, getting groceries to the 3rd floor kitchen was challenging, but overall, it was a great property.

Perfect Paradise

The home got our needs perfectly. Enough space to sleep, relax, dine, & rinse off after long days at the beach. Ample parking so we could rent golf carts & enough storage outside to keep our beach toys. Literally minutes of walking from the beach & a short drive to anything your heart desires.

Our stay ended up being one of the best vacations we have ever had. New Smyrna is a complete hidden treasure, but the location and updated house took our vacation to another level. Great job and look forward to staying there again.

House of Hill Street

Our family stayed here the week of the 4th for my husband’s birthday. We visit NSB often but this is now our new favorite place. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and our Labrador. We cooked several nights here and dined at local restaurants other nights. The area was quiet and a minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Good family spot

Nice family house very convenient to grocery, restaurant, Flagler Avenue, and Canaveral National Shore. House is as described, with well-equipped kitchen. Ample porch space catches breezes from multiple directions, and the beach is closer than you'd think. There are a lot of stairs, which over the week become difficult for older and less mobile family members. Move-in and grocery days are a workout better left to younger nieces and nephews. Overall, would recommend. There are few vacation properties in the area that aren't high-rise condos, and it's clear that the owners (and neighbors) care about the property and neighborhood.

Beach, Rocket launches and Location

Good location few doors down from three public beach stairs and Handicap access. House is well appointed and as advertised. Buy some bikes from one of the big box stores in the area or rent some E-bikes based on length of stay. National park short car ride as well as a dog beach and park the county owns. Long Beach walks and Sunrises !! Look forward to returning.
