We loved a lot of things about this place! It was very clean, updated, and the backyard was huge with many amenities like a fireplace, outdoor shower, and grill! The location was also great with it being walking distance to the beach and Flagler Avenue, full of bars, shops, and restaurants. A couple cons - this place is listed as a three bedroom which we didn’t feel was accurate. There is two bedrooms and a sunroom, which did not have a bed in it. One bedroom has a queen bed (a twin and full pushed together) and the other has a king. It is possible that the couch was a pullout, but the coffee table was too heavy for us to move if that was the case. It still worked for our group, but something to keep in mind when booking. Only other negative was we were only left with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a week long stay. Overall very cute place close to the beach!
