    This well-located townhome offers the rare combination of immediate beach access and walkability to Flagler Avenue’s shops, dining, and nightlife. The home is part of a newer three-unit beachfront building and sits adjacent to a recently upgraded oceanfront city park.

    Mermaid Holiday Home spans three stories and offers direct and indirect ocean views. From the front entrance, guests can cross a parking lot to reach the beach, while the city park adjacent to the home provides open space, cabanas, playground access, and sand volleyball.

Place was beautiful. Thought it was 2 stories but it is 3, so you have to be ok with stairs. But it provides a lot of privacy with bedrooms on each floor. Host was very attentive.

Family Beach Weekend

We are a long time Myrtle Beach timeshare family, but decided to try something new this year. We loved it so much we are already booking it again for next year. We are big fans of NSB and finding a place next to the beach as well as Flagler is a must. This place checked off all the boxes. We even had some family stay at the near by hotel and it was so close.

Last minute getaway

We were supposed to stay at Anna Marie island but the hurricane changed that so I found this place last minute and we all loved it. Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything. We had a great time and we loved or stay.

Absolutely Amazing

This Townhouse was absolutely perfect!! More than enough room for 8 adults and 1 child. Perfect location for the beach, all the beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here and will absolutely be back if in Daytona again!!

Place was in a great location near beach and Flagler ave. The unit does have a lot of stairs but plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Place is fairly clean and appliances are new. Overall it worked for us and we would go back

Property was amazing and exactly as described. We were extremely comfortable and will definitely rent again if we come back! Drive to Daytona was quick and easy from here. Bars and restaurants nearby was awesome. Nothing beats the easy walk on the beach to watch the sunrise.

Right by the beach

The location was fabulous! We walked to the beach every day! It was also only one block from famous Flagler avenue so it was easy to walk to get ice cream or shop. We were very grateful that the house had great A/C! The house was very clean!

Family Wedding and Thanksgiving

4 bedrooms and 4 baths on the beach and walking distance to all the shops food joints the locals love was perfect. Steps to the beach we caught multiple Sun Rises and a SpaceX launch. Great communication with property folks. Easy in and out. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great week.

PRIME location!

We stayed here for a week in April and had the best weather and a great stay! The location of this property is ideal, whether you are looking to go to the beach, or Flagler Avenue - they are both only steps away! Multiple dining options and cute shops close by and just a fantastic place overall. Our children enjoyed the park at the beach and it was so easy to go back and forth, if need be. Thank you!

Roomy Accomodations

This property was very roomy for our big family. We all had pour own bedroom to retreat to when we were tired of the whole family. Everything in the house was user friendly. It was close to the beach and all other amenities that family members were interested.
