    Sea Coast Condos is located directly on the no-drive beach portion of New Smyrna Beach. You can enjoy the gentle hum of the waves from your own, private balcony or from the oceanfront seasonally heated pool. The ocean is never out of sight while you grill-out on the oceanfront sun-deck or strike-up a beach side shuffleboard tournament. Sea Coast Condos is a paradise for all to enjoy.

Part of the beach patio is collapsed and roped off, however, there is access to the beach via a new staircase. The pool is heated and very comfortable. The complex is located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants and the Dollar General supermarket..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seacoast Condos, Room 408 was nicely updated, clean and well equipped. We stayed 7 days and had all we needed. The only thing in short supply for four people was bath towels, there were only 4. But we made it work. I will take a few bath towels from home next time. Pillows, blankets, sheets, etc were plentiful. Kitchen equipment, pots, pans, etc were great.

Reviewer Comments: We rent in the condo's next door and nothing was available so thankfully for the wonderful manager Jane she found this for our son and family.The unit was amazing.... totally updated and beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. Even tho a one bedroom.... both couches pulled out for our grand kids.The kitchen is amazing and the unit is well equiped. I would totally recommend this unit and facility.

Wonderful staycation!

Local to NSB 22 years needing short time rental while transitioning into a new home. It was incredibly enjoyable. No beach traffic or crowd! Short driving distance to town and family. A perfect little getaway

The pullout was missing springs and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that it was great. Looking forward to coming back next year!
