- This newly available 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo offers fabulous accommodations, a fantastic location and gorgeous views. With a spacious kitchen, eat-in and formal dining, as well as an extensive patio that bridges the living space and primary bedroom, what's not to love? It comfortably sleeps 6 adults with all the finishings one could need, and offers immediate beach access, a private community pool that is seasonally heated and is nearby to great local shopping and restaurants. Or stay in and just enjoy the views lounging on this 6th floor balcony, or relax in the primary suite's large jetted tub.

Perfect week
The condo was beautiful. The grounds were nice. We had a great week! Hated for it to end. We cant wait to return next year.

Gorgeous Beach View From Our Relaxing, Spacious Condo
We stayed at this condo for a week with 5 people including 2 small kiddos. The first day, we reported the tv was broken to Josiah, and he replaced it immediately. He was very helpful and responded quickly anytime we needed anything. We loved this rental and would highly recommend!

New Smyrna Beach July 2025
The location, building and unit layout met expectations. However, the unit was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. All of the linen required to be washed prior to use.

A/C issues
The A/C in our unit was controlled by the owner and never allowed it to go under 75. On our last night the air was completely turned off. With 90 degree weather and high humidity made it unenjoyable.
The pantry was also filled with owner belongings
Which made it very frustrating for storing our food.
The balcony and view of ocean were amazing!

Overall a Positive Experience
Only a few cons: the furnishings are dated and not the cleanest. The fabric of the chairs and couches are visibly dirty. The TVs are old and not smart TVs so we couldn’t use any of our streaming services. The main bed was uncomfortable. The person who shares the garage kept parking in the middle, rendering our parking spot useless.
Everything else was a pro: the condo was spacious. The location was great. We had everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs and towels. It was a short walk to the beach. Communication wasn’t necessary while we were there because access codes and everything worked as expected.
