We had a great stay! The beach view and access was amazing. It was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy walking the beach. We couldn’t have had a nicer place to stay. We loved making breakfast in the morning and were able to watch the waves roll in. Perfect view! Definitely would recommend staying here. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was clean , modern, and equipped. The view of the beach was amazing. I would say - the best unit on the property as far as the closeness and view to the beach. Great communication with condo manager. Perfect stay!!

It was very clean and quiet. Looked just the way it was shown in pictures. Would definitely rent again from them and referr them to friends and family.

Excellent small unit

Prime location! Would stay there again - clean and easy access. Only issues were no toilet paper, light out on the balcony, bedroom TV not working…small annoyances but should be non-existent for the price!

Place was great Walk out the door your on the beach . Then the was drilling and power saws running because they where having new a/c work done and this took 2 Days. It was out side and above the bedroom and in the attic. Why would you have construction work going on when the unit was rented and disrupted the renters stay.I asked if this was an emergency service and was told no NOT HAPPY about that .the workers said it was scheduled work. Would stay at this place again it was a great spot and location

Colony condo

Everything was fine. Very clean. There was however a musty mold smell in the bedroom. The agent brought over an airPurifier but it still remained. The fact that I had to lug garbage to the end of the complex was unfortunate since I am an older adult.

Beach getaway

Colony Beach Club is my favorite place to stay in NSB! Privacy, family friendly, cleanliness and safety. Location is key as the property is on the no drive portion of the beach which is enjoyable as you are sunbathing, walking and enjoying the surf. We enjoyed the location of our unit as it overlooked the ocean. Amenities were found as listed. I do recommend the shower fixture and drainage be reviewed as the tub was slow to drain and shower fixture sprayed water at the nozzle. A new shower curtain and rings would have been more appealing than what is there. I would certainly consider renting again! Beautiful view and perfect location.

Memorial Day at the Beach

My wife and I booked this property on-line, not knowing if what you see is what you get. Frequent renters know exactly what I am talking about. This was perfect. Exactly as advertised. Beach front, in a two story small condo group in New Smyrna. Not far from great restaurants, good beach bars, and an incredible view when you wake up. With your own parking space. It's not big, but for two of us it was everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella. A great find and we'll definitely go back. This would have been five stars all the way, but it was not as well cleaned before our arrival as it should have been. Not dirty, just not super clean.

RULES! RULES! RULES!

Property very nice. Condo small but clean. View from living room/dining room/deck was great. Sent a message when we booked. Our message was never answered. Didn’t receive check-in info until 4pm day we were arriving. And it came with a list of rules, each costing you extra money if you didn’t adhere. Our least favorite was that if you used their beach towels you were to wash them or be charged. We were there 4 days and were only allowed 1 set of bath towels each or face an extra charge for laundry. There were more rules! I wouldn’t stay here again even though the view was great and on the no drive part of beach. We should have received this list prior to booking.

Great View and Location

I booked this as a getaway and overall enjoyed my visit. The condo is small but for two people it was more than acceptable. On arrival (they allowed early check in) the condo was clean and tidy. There were a few essentials left from previous occupants, and that was appreciated. Check in was on Sunday. Monday morning, we woke up to an inside temperature of 79, and rising. I called leasing service, and they walked me through processes. None worked and called HVAC. Top temp. was 86 in condo. did cool off that night to 82. Outside temp 77. But they did show up first thing Tuesday morning and got it fixed. The sliding glass door did not have a functioning lock. This did surprise me since I wondered how many people have stayed here. Tired to wedge a stick but the door was on outside track. Leasing company was very quick to respond and try to get it taken care of. They even stopped by the unit on Wednesday to make sure things had been taken care of. This property is a great location at New Symrna Beach . Short walk to a couple of good breakfast rest. and Dollar Market. Beach is mostly famlies and no vehicles on beach. Enjoyed my stay.

Reported hole in wall in the bathroom on arrival where toilet paper holder was dangling. The agent verified that the inspection picture showed the damage. This made me wonder why it wasn’t addressed for us. The balcony light was not working because it didn’t have a light bulb. The storm door slams because the door closer was not properly adjusted. There are both live and dead cockroaches in the kitchen. The exhaust fan in the bathroom makes a lot of noise and spays black dirt I called the office to report all of this and was forwarded to a message to leave return contact info and they would return call latter which they never did. This is a unit that is not being maintained properly by unresponsive management I fixed the storm door, did my best to reattach the toilet paper holder, replaced the balcony light and bought non pesticide sticky roach traps This is not the vacation we had hoped for Was told that we would be compensated for all of the problems they did not address. Again no follow up. These people do not care about their guests.
