We had a great time at Blue Yonder. The sunrise from the upstairs balcony was amazing. We all enjoyed the pool and access to a pretty quiet part of the beach. The house was perfect wtih an upstairs family area where everyone played board games. It was great for stay-in dinners and convenient to some good local restaurants. We had 6 in the house and there was plenty of room both inside and outside. Great place to stay.

Everything about the property was at or above expectations, except the problems we had with tiny biting insects ("no see-ums" maybe), which kept us from enjoying the patio and pool in the evenings and the entire last day of our stay.

This is a wonderful house for family with something for everyone. The pool is great and a very short walk to a gorgeous beach. The house has everything that is needed for a great stay.

We loved our stay at this home. The location is roght on the beacj and the pool overlooking the ocean is dreamy. Everythig you could poddibly need is available here and we were able to bring our pup which made it perfect! THe kayout of this house is wonderful. It allows for togetherness but also offers a seperated layout if the kids want a place to themselves.

This property lived up to everything that was promised. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We loved the pool and felt like we had a private beach since we weren’t next to a condo/hotel. It was an easy and cheap Uber ride to get to bars/restaurants. We loved our stay and will book again next time we come to NSB. Highly recommend this place.

This house was absolutely perfect. The location, the pool, the bedrooms, and the living space. And the beach actually has some space unlike a lot of the island. Its hard to be surprised when you pay a good amount for a space but we were pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. We are planning our trip back for next year already!

This is our second time renting this property- the first was two years ago by a different owner. The updates that have been made are wonderful- the property is clean and updated. Great space- fully stocked and labeled kitchen. We love the location and access right to the beach! Plenty of beach and pool toys, chairs, beach towels, and board games. Our only complaint is a problem with the pool heater halfway through the stay, but the property management company came out to address it promptly, but unfortunately was nothing they could do to fix it during the rest of our stay.

This was the perfect house for two families who were dropping off students at college. The house is gorgeous and the view from the pool is spectacular! There are several great restaurants around to get lunch and dinner delivered and never have to leave the pool area. The house is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and more. All of the furnishings are in brand new condition. I had to read the tag on the amazing muslin blankets and ordered some as soon as I got home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This property is impeccably furnished with taste and style. Very clean and well maintained with the main focus on the comfort and enjoyment of guests. Our family had a wonderful time. We had a wonderful week with family. This lovely house had everything we needed and more. The gorgeous view, the pool, and private beach access gave us multiple places to gather and catch up. The only negative (as mentioned in the review one month prior to our visit) was construction noises every day (sawing, sanding, drilling), starting early, from the house next door. Other than that the house was perfect and full of amenities. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

OMG I have never had a short term rental that was more immaculate than the Blue Yonder house in New Smyrna Beach. The house was beautiful and so were the ocean views from the deck. We loved having our own pool as well. We also saw two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. I highly recommend this property.
