The property was great! Very clean, and super easy access to the beautiful beach. It's also just a short drive from the Canaveral Seashore and several great restaurants. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay again!

NSB is our happy place…and staying here is the cherry on top! The property is perfect for our stay every year-we are three adults and two children. I will say the sleeper sofa is convenient but not super comfortable. We bring an air mattress for the living room instead and it works well. The host is very kind, checks in to make sure we are settled, makes sure everything is in perfect order. The decor is beachy but classy, and tastefully done. The views are amazing and the elevated ocean view is perfect for sunrises. The pool is a lovely option and my kids loved it when they still wanted to swim but didn’t want to get sandy. I can’t recommend this property enough…it’s just amazing!!
Balcony view…it’s very spacious and we ate many breakfasts here. Also lots of beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards!
Great pool! Not heated and open from dawn to dusk!

We have had the pleasure of staying at this property a few times and have not been disappointed. Wonderful location on the water, clean, well equipped, well maintained and a location from which you can observe space launches. New Smyrna Beach is a fun place with some of the "old Florida" beach town vibes and a variety of restaurants. Don't think you will be disappointed by staying here!!

Location location location

Perfect location for our family vacation. Waking up to a beachfront sunrise and enjoying coffee on the balcony was amazing! This rental had everything that we needed: stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Main bedroom was great. We enjoyed sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves! Beds were comfy too. The pool was an added bonus for our teenage daughters. Loved the location and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach view

Property was fantastic! Location is right on the beach. The area adjacent to the beach is filled in with back to back huge condo complexes which may be fine for most East coast folks, just not our favoritesurroundings. Although, the beautiful Canaveral seashore is a very short drive away.

Amazing Stay

Gem at NSB

This property had everything we needed for our family get away. Ocean views, plenty of space, clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the pool (note that it is not heated FYI) and had an amazing time. Close to lots of great restaurants and also a great kitchen stocked with staples if cooking is in your agenda. Hosts are amazing at communicating! You will love it there!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and well appointed and had everything you would need for a beach stay! Lisa was an amazing host and very responsive to messages and super accommodating! We will stay here again! Thanks for a great long weekend!

Quiet, Beautiful and Fun

Our family stayed at this charming and well-renovated condo for our son's Baseball tournament. From the moment walking in, the grand views are more than breathtaking. The home is well-appointed, including everything one could need. It was more of a surprise that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to enjoy. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, decor cute and condition of condo excellent. Includes extra fans, bedding, and pillows. The condo is great, pool clean and well-maintained. The ocean was RIGHT there, little walking and perfect for enjoying. More importantly, the beach is fairly quiet and with very reduced crowds. Even during the summer, some days there was just my family enjoying the beach. It was great. Of note, we had a slight damper to the stay, (of no responsibility from the owner) However, she was amazingly accomodating and the epitome of a great VRBO host despite it being out of her control. We would certainly stay again without a question the next time we head out to the East Coast.

Great getaway!

The condo was exactly as shown! We really enjoyed the balcony as we felt like we were on the beach but were able to stay out of the sun in the middle of the day. The decor was very nice and looked new. Perfect for our weekend getaway!

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! The condo is extremely clean and stocked for anything you could think of. The view of the ocean is incredible and it’s a quick walk to the pool or ocean. There are beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and a cooler for you to take to the beach and even on a holiday weekend, there were plenty of spots. The area is convenient to plenty of delicious restaurants, grocery stores and more. Highly recommend! Thanks for a relaxing family weekend!

Right on the ocean

This condo is beautiful and very clean with a wonderful balcony and an incredible view of the ocean! We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We saw dolphins and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach. It is very easy to get to the pool and beach. The condo was well supplied with towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, nightlights, dishes, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags. There were even coffee pods and creamers for the Keurig. The property is very family friendly and quiet. The condo is two levels with the bedrooms upstairs. There are stairs to climb to access the condo. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave.

Gorgeous views, amazing stay

This property is right on the ocean. Second story condo with two floors tastefully decorated and very family friendly. Out the door and toes in the sand in 60 seconds. All the little things were thought of; snacks, coffee, chilled water filter pitcher, lots of outlets and USBs, nightlights, beach chairs and toys. The weather was too nice to take advantage of the TVs or the board games. We enjoyed every sunrise from the balcony. Very quiet condo community. This place is quite amazing!!
