Lovely stay on the no-drive beach of New Smyrna. Well equipped, spacious and clean 3 bedroom with a great view of the beach and ocean.Check in and check out were easy and directions were clear. We love this part of NSB away from the crowds!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo is exactly as listed. Clean, spacious, well appointed and a great beachfront location. Easily the best beach condo we have ever stayed in and we would book again in a heartbeat.

Amazing vacation

We enjoyed everything about this vacation. The condo was very spacious, clean, and the view from the balcony is amazing. The pool temperature was perfect. Communication from Neil was great. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Great hosts

We love staying here! The Harrell’s are wonderful hosts and think of everything to make their guest comfortable. They are very easy to communicate with and are quick to respond.

Great View!

This was our fifth year staying in this unit. The view is great and the beds are comfortable. Neil responds quickly and is easy to work with! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the couches. My family enjoys staying here. The location is great since it's on the on driving section of the beach.

Perfect getaway

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it feels like home. Great view and access to the pool. The room is always clean and nicely arranged and equipped. Will definitely book again.

Everything You Need for a Nice Getaway

Unique 3 bedroom with an amazing view

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in New Symrna Beach. Condo was comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. The best was the proximity to the beach. Beautiful balcony views and sunrises.

Great Condo on the Beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of five! It was directly on the beach and had an amazing balcony. The condo had plenty of space for us and was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in as far as beach gear and cookware. It is located beside the landing for the elevator which was extremely convenient. Loved this place and would love to return in the future!

Home away from home

From the moment we walked in until we left this spot was home to us. The decor, the amenities, the grounds - all just as we would have done if it was our own place. RuthAnn and David definitely know how to make you feel welcome.

Great Condo at Smyrna Beach Club

We enjoyed our visit to NSB and were pleased with our accommodations. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to make us comfortable during our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The owners were welcoming, easy to work with throughout the rental process, and communicated all information in a timely manner.

We had an amazing stay! This is our second time at this condo! Condo is amazing for multi families! Plenty of room! Beautiful updated kitchen! Have everything you need to cook and have meals there! Plenty of beach chairs, tent, towels and beach toys to enjoy beach days! Owners are amazing and reach out and check to make sure everything is going good! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Comfy, spacious, stocked- clean!

This was a great, clean condo for our family! Plenty of space, plenty of supplies for the beach. Kitchen is stocked with tons of gear for all the things! Our family agreed that the beds were really good. The owner was easy to reach for a few of our needs- great communication. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return.

Home away from home

We loved our trip! So many nice little extras that really made us feel welcomed. There was never a time we said “I wish the condo had….” The kitchen was well stocked, so many beach chairs and toys to use, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. We all loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins (and the occasional small shark).
