Lovely stay on the no-drive beach of New Smyrna. Well equipped, spacious and clean 3 bedroom with a great view of the beach and ocean.Check in and check out were easy and directions were clear. We love this part of NSB away from the crowds!

Great View!

This was our fifth year staying in this unit. The view is great and the beds are comfortable. Neil responds quickly and is easy to work with! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the couches. My family enjoys staying here. The location is great since it's on the on driving section of the beach.

We’ve been staying in these condos for many years. Most units are 2 bedrooms, so the 3rd bedroom was nice, especially since comparable in price to many of the 2 bedrooms. This unit was remodeled to utilize the space to extend the kitchen area. Kitchen was nicely remodeled. The A/C worked well. Owner communicated well, check-in was very easy. Owner added special touches like a welcome basket with snacks and water. Owner very understanding about us forgetting to leave parking pass and having to mail it. We had a great time!

We had an amazing stay! This is our second time at this condo! Condo is amazing for multi families! Plenty of room! Beautiful updated kitchen! Have everything you need to cook and have meals there! Plenty of beach chairs, tent, towels and beach toys to enjoy beach days! Owners are amazing and reach out and check to make sure everything is going good! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Amazing vacation

We enjoyed everything about this vacation. The condo was very spacious, clean, and the view from the balcony is amazing. The pool temperature was perfect. Communication from Neil was great. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Our stay was very fine, we love this condo. It is clean, well furnished and well equipped. It has the absolute best view on the beach. Our hosts were on time and on point with everything. Comfy, spacious, stocked- clean!

This was a great, clean condo for our family! Plenty of space, plenty of supplies for the beach. Kitchen is stocked with tons of gear for all the things! Our family agreed that the beds were really good. The owner was easy to reach for a few of our needs- great communication. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return.

Amazing condo

Family of 4 with 2 teens, this was a perfect fit. We had plenty of space to spread out, comfy beds, and an amazing view right on the beach. Condo had every single thing that we could have possibly needed. Tons of beach gear, towels, dishes, spices, paper goods... literally everything! Communication with owner was awesome. This was the best beach condo we have ever had, highly recommend and can't wait to go back and do it again.

We had a great time staying at Neil’s beach condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The place is fully stocked so that was a huge plus. Literally move-in ready. The AC was great too and got really cold which is a nice when coming in from the hot beach. Up-to-date TVs in every room with streaming. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this host/unit to our friends!

Great Condo on the Beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of five! It was directly on the beach and had an amazing balcony. The condo had plenty of space for us and was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in as far as beach gear and cookware. It is located beside the landing for the elevator which was extremely convenient. Loved this place and would love to return in the future!

Great Stay!

Neil's condo exceeded expectations. Neil was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. The condo itself was very clean upon arrival and well equipped. The view off the balcony was incredible, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is perfect for families and the beach wasn't crowded during a popular spring break week. An overall excellent value for the money. We will be back!

Our best vacation yet.

The best way to describe this condo is home away from home. It has EVERYTHING you need. The kitchen is fully stocked and has tons of pantry space. Comfortable seating for dining. Plenty of beach towels. Loads of beach equipment. Ample closet space and dresser drawers. Comfortable mattresses. Huge balcony with perfect views of the ocean, moonrises, sunrises, rocket launches, and yes, we saw ALL of those on our vacation! Ginormous TV in the living room with access to cable, Prime, Netflix, etc. This is the kind of unit that you absolutely don't mind being in the condo on those lazy, rainy days. So relaxing and comfortable, especially the recliner. The complex is amazing as well with super attentive management. The pool deck, clubhouse, landscaping, everything really, is always clean and well maintained. The pool tiles NEVER get too hot to walk on; the pool is salt water; and the ocean is literally right there off the pool deck. Just such a great location to relax and enjoy your family. This was definitely our best vacation yet.

We enjoyed our stay in New Symrna Beach. Condo was comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. The best was the proximity to the beach. Beautiful balcony views and sunrises.

Beach Getaway

The condo was great, just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices etc. Also lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and other beach items. The view from the living room and balcony is perfect, and we were able to see 3 rocket launches while we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

Vacation 2023

Very pleased with the accommodations of the 3 bedroom, and 3 bathrooms. Everything was up to date with amenities. Only partial down side is no washer/dry in room, or same level. Would highly recommend to anyone, and plan to schedule again next year with outlook of availability of weeks
