The host was excellent. We had everything we would need and then some. The bed and pillows were super comfy which is always appreciated. Plenty of towels, silverware, dishes, pots and pans. Also appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Beautiful spot to watch the sun rise right on your private deck or while laying in bed! Within walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining spots on Flagler Avenue. Plenty of chairs around both pools. Loved our stay. I can't say enough good things about the host and condo. Will be back for sure.

The penthouse and view were perfect. The sunrise was magical and it was so much fun to watch the surfers every morning. There were wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the staff at the complex was extremely helpful. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. We hope to return to this destination.

We shall return. Accommodations and property was worth the value. Accommodations only for a couple or small family. Bed /sofa. Property beach access directly on ocean, walking distance to Flagler 3 blocks . 6 th floor balcony spacious amazing view and a few enjoyable surprises. Find out for yourself.

Our stay at Sea Turtle was most enjoyable. The view of the beach and ocean is breathtaking. The condo is charmingly decorated, well maintained and communication with the owner was excellent. The king-size bed is very comfortable, and thoughtful little details throughout made our stay completely comfortable. We fell in love with the town of New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding area. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect beach getaway

We live in south Florida but are from Daytona Beach so coming back to the area was our goal and New Smyrna Beach has the perfect beach town atmosphere. This unit is the perfect level for sitting on the balcony watching the day and pelicans go by. Owner is super to work with and the unit has great decor. Highly recommend you stay here

This was the first time in this condo. We have stayed in three other condo by VRBO at this site. This condo was one of the best! View is outstanding, clean, bed was comfortable, and chairs on balcony were comfy. We watched the sun rise peach morning have coffee. Saw dolphins and watched surfers, walkers and fishermen. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. If I had to say one thing it needed, was a safety bar in the shower. There was nothing to hold onto when you washed your feet.

Wonderful penthouse condo!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet. All amenities were updated and current. The location is central to so many NSB shops and restaurants. Communication with Linda was very throrough and she provided everything we needed to know well in advance of arrival. We look forward to future stays with this great host!

Memorial Day 2025

The condo was just as advertised. Great location, easy walk to Flagler and all the shops and restaurants there. The room was well laid out with plenty of room. The star of the show for us was the balcony. It gave unobstructed view of the beach, had plenty of room and the chairs were very comfortable. Overall excellent experience.

Perfect

It was a perfect short stay. The view is amazing. The place was very clean. My son and I spent the two days on the beach and in the pool. My mom was with us and just had knee surgery and the place is very accommodating with elevators and close parking. Thank you so much. Oh and the air conditioning works great, which in Florida is very important.
