Very nice property; clean; quiet and perfect size

We really enjoyed our stay at Point East Condos. It was very clean, quiet and had nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The property was clean and well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of things to do in the local area. Highly recommend this property for your next family vacation!

Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I wanted some place quiet on the water with a pool and we got exactly what we were looking for. Very nice property inside and out and close to everything. Would definitely stay again

Perfect family getaway with littles!

We had the best time at point east and enjoyed the sweet amenities and the extras that were provided by our gracious host. Perfectly clean, convenient and great place to stay with little kids. Thank you for a great vacation!

Condo was updated, very immaculate and obviously prepared for renters as it has everything you will need, including beach items and games. Keurig coffee pot, blenders and even games for the family to play. I will definitely come back here to stay again

Great Condo!

We’ve stayed at Point East for several years, and this is one of the nicest units in the complex! If your visiting NSB you have to check this one out!

New Smyrna 2024

This place is so clean and so well equipped for cooking, swimming, or beaching. Smells great and so clean. Really enjoyed this location and would highly recommend it. We plan on renting this unit again! Great stay! Can't say enough how much we liked this place.

Absolutely wonderful

Condo was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, location was perfect, pool area was clean and not too crowded, condo was very well equipped with anything you might need for cooking or the beach. I would highly recommend—this was one of my favorite rentals!

Beautifully Excellent!

Our stay at the condo was fantastic. The furnishings and decorations were beautiful and well appointed. Thenowner was easy to communicate with and very accomodating. The views of the beach were phenominal and the pool area was clean and the other guests were friendly. It is a place we would defintiely want to come back to.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful fully stocked condo on the beach. Chairs, cooler, boogie boards and floats for the pool are provided. Close to restaurants and shopping. This was a perfect getaway. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our time in NSB

This property is in a very well maintained facility. The pool and the grounds are very well maintained. The condo has everything you need for a beach vacation in the condo. The condo is decorated in a beach theme. The location is very close to everything you will need. If you want a relaxing beach vacation in NSB I would recommend this condo.

Very comfortable

The condo was clean, well organized, fully stocked with needs. The interior was very quiet when the doors are closed, allowing for a relaxing break from the noise of the ocean. The pool was well maintained and access to the beach was quick and easy. The shower coming off the beach was very welcome as well. My family and I were very satisfied with our stay and consider this to be a great value at the rates we paid.

Great place one of the best in the complex

We had a fantastic stay! The host was very easy to communicate with from the time we booked through our check in. This place is by far the CLEANEST and most comfortable places we have ever stayed. In addition there were no details left behind. The kitchen was well stocked, closet with outside toys, beds were perfect and plenty of towels for our group. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a condo on flat, glittery beaches and close to many good restaurants.

Spring has arrived in Florida

We stayed in this beautiful condo that is decorated so pretty, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The view while sitting on the balcony was amazing looking at the ocean and pool. The host, Stacy is great and prompt with any needs and easy to communicate with, we had a fantastic relaxing vacation in New Symrna Beach and will come back again. Tammy from Michigan

Relaxed Long Weekend at the Beach

Completely remodeled and updated condo. Super cute beach / seashore decor throughout. Smart TV's in rooms. Has all of the beach / pool needs right in the unit. Ocean views from the patio, you can hear the surf all day. Location is close to restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Perfect homey beach stay

This was by far the cleanest property that we have ever stayed at. The decorations were beautiful, all the necessities were there: including beach toys, five beach chairs, plenty of really nice beach towels, and a beach mat. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach! Sandy called the morning of our stay, and gave me very specific instructions for check-in. Would highly recommend!

Great Family Beach vacation

We loved this unit because of the location and the comfort of the condo. The condo was exactly as represented in the listing. The owner contacted us before the stay and gave us everything needed to check in. The condo was clean and well appointed. The chairs in the condo are a combo of low and high and perfect for the beach. We would highly recommend this property to friends or would look to stay here again if back in the area.

Not quite snowbirds yet…

Clean property, newly renovated. Host very quick to respond. Quiet and peaceful. Hurricane damage to resort steps to the beach. Had to walk to car ramp to enter the beach. Lovely place. My only suggestion would be a full length mirror in the condo.
