Great complex and nicely updated unit.

This unit is located on the first floor across from the pools. Easy walk to car-free beach. The unit has really nice upgrades and the kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances. I would stay here again. The management company was helpful however I didn’t like having to stop at their office (which is relatively close to the complex) to check in. I missed their closing time by a few minutes and had to return the next morning which cut into my beach weekend. I would still rent from them again though. On another note, the complex is doing construction work to their beach wall. We had a storm with very heavy rain and the parking lot drains were not working properly. The parking lot flooded so bad that the water came up above the door jam on a few low cars. The assigned parking spot for this unit was on higher ground so our car was fine. Others were not so lucky. The residents said it had never been that bad and the drainage should be fixed when the construction is done.

One of best vacations!!!! The location was perfect and loved being on the beach!! The condo was tastefully furnished with all of the necessities and so much more!!! One off the best stocked kitchens I've ever seen! Highly recommend !

Perfect Location

The condo is in a great location. It is close to everything. It is very nicely decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen. Just bring your clothes and your food. We thoroughly enjoyed how quiet and clean it was. We will definitely be renting this unit again. The beach access is so easy from the condo plus you have great pools and a kiddie pool.

Great relaxing vacation

Condo was clean and updated. Furniture and beds were comfortable. We didn't cook much but seemed to have everything needed except a pitcher for iced tea. Loved being on the ground floor near the pools and deck. The beach and ocean are always beautiful at New Smyrna. Had lots of great seafood at restaurants within 5 miles. Even found a great local pizza place across the causeway near downtown. Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Great beachside location- new decor

The condo is exceptionally well decorated and has everything we needed and more! Very clean! A quick walk to the beach with morning coffee, and enjoyed sitting in the patio at night listening to the surf. Location close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean condo! My children, our Pap and myself were traveling from West Virginia to Florida ,when we arrived the condo was much more than expected! The pictures are beautiful -but do no justice! Thank you ,thank you for providing all supplies for fun days on the beach!

Great Property, TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANGEMENT - Ocean Properties

This condo is GREAT. The location is PERFECT, the kitchen is STOCKED with tons of appliances, which came in super handy, especially during COVID. I would DEFINITELY stay in this condo again, but if I had the opportunity, I would HIGHLY suggest the owner switches property management companies away from Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. List of problems with Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. 1. We were given the keys to the condo right at 4PM (check-in time). We walked into a dirty condo and had to wait for the maids to be called and then had to wait for them to clean the entire condo. We were told it would “only take 20 minutes”, which is completely unacceptable during COVID. When the maid was leaving, she told us we would be receiving more linens on Monday morning and we never heard from them again. 2. The refrigerator was not working the first night we were there. The emergency number on the paperwork was the number for the closed office which went straight to voicemail. We finally found the maintenance man’s number and it turned out to be an After Hours Answering Line. The operator was very nice, but did not have any solutions for our perishable foods. 3. The condo comes with a storage unit, but none of the paperwork explains where the storage unit is or what the code was to get into the unit. We called Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. and they were not able to tell us where the unit was or what the code might be. 4. When checking-in, we received a parking pass for one car and we were told to park our second car in any of the guest spots. Two days into our trip, we went into the parking lot and saw our second car had been towed. After speaking with the Sea Coast Garden’s office, they confirmed Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. should have given us a written guest pass to place in the dashboard of the car. After retreating the car from the impound lot, we went to the Ocean Properties office and we were told the reimbursement check we requested would be ready the next morning. We went into the office 48 hours later and we were told the check was not ready, but to come back the next day. While we did received a reimbursement check eventually, this should have never happened. Again, the condo is PERFECT.. Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. is not….
