We very much loved it here and didn't want to leave. The only reason for the couple of 4 stars was the email listed two apartment numbers so we tried the 3rd floor number first and when that didn't work we tried the 2nd floor apartment and voila. There was also a surprise beach closure that had we known about ahead of time we could have planned our days a little differently. It sounds like it was a surprise to all that they had made it that far down the beach already and were supposed to leave one stairway open for this property. Thank goodness we were able to use the stairway down the way at the next property but it was a bit of a walk with all your beach things in hand. The noise from the equipment all day and night was annoying and the view obstruction was a bummer. We have 2 boys though who thought being able to watch the big dredger, dump truck, and loader, pretty cool. We understand it needs to be done and finished before turtle season. We loved how clean the apartment was, well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked including toaster, blender, dishwasher, paper towels , garbage bags, soaps, etc .. We also loved the bed rail provided for our younger kiddo. Onsite laundry was easy to figure out with the app purchase. Heated pool and kiddie pool felt great! Everyone at the complex was so friendly and kind. The host was easy to reach and responsive. So many things to explore in area also.
