I agree with Bob J.'s 9/23/25 review. Pros: the space was clean, staff were particularly friendly toward my kiddo, and we appreciated the free laundry facility on-site. Cons: The pressure to learn about the Club Wyndham timeshare was unappreciated. Also, the room we stayed in was not the one pictured in this listing, but did include a kitchen.

This property had the best location. 20 minutes from times square and bryant park, it was super near all the midtown activities I was in town for. Checkin and out was easy, they held my luggage, and even called me a set-rate cab to the airport.

Room was nice and the bed was great. The listing showed a kitchen and there was not one. And the time share sales pressure was unexpected and quite unpleasant. Ethan wouldn’t give us the WiFi code without our listening to his 30 minute sales pitch.

The building was very clean. The rooftop patio was our favorite hang out. Location was great - only a few blocks to grand central, and once you figure out the subway, getting around is a breeze.

Very satisfied!

Stayed for two nights on business. In the past have stayed at the Fitzpatrick and the Club Quarters. Midtown 45 sooooo much better than either one. Very satisfied!!!

Great location

Booked the Club Wyndham property due to its affordable price and location. The pictures are a bit misleading. I incorrectly envisioned a condo style room and ended up in a hotel that’s not really a hotel. If you’re looking for a place that provides daily housekeeping, this isn’t it. It’s a quaint room, perfectly located in mid-town, has a comfortable bed and adequate bathroom/shower. Beware the checkin!

Property Listing was Fraudulent

Overall, the hotel was nice, but it was not what I paid for. I paid for a studio with a kitchen from Oct 9 - Oct 11, but I received a single hotel room (I have documented proof). I was extremely disappointed because the person listed the property on your site as a studio with a kitchen. I spoke with Nerico, the manager on duty at Wyndham who confirmed that the listing was different from what the owner reserved for me. He was very empathetic, but could not help me because I had already checked in, and there were no rooms available like the one I needed. He was willing to help because I had been scammed by the person who was allowed to fraudulently list the property on your site. This is fraud and I am entitled to a full refund. I have a strict diet and need to cook my own food. This negatively impacted me because I had couldn't cook. I did not find out that the room was a small single room until I returned from Walmart with groceries (I have documented proof). I had to throw everything away. I called and texted the person that listed the property on your site to no avail. I also called Vrbo and spoke with Muhammad who confirmed the property listing was incorrect. He tried reaching the owner while we were on the phone, to no avail. Muhammad told me that he sent the owner an email and would let me know when he heard something back. Thus far, I have not heard anything else. This was a horrible experience.
