Muy bonito el hotel, la ubicación es muy buena. Bill el conserge es excelente y todo el staff es muy amable. El desayuno no lo recomiendo, es bastante caro para lo que en realidad es, le falta sabor y calidad. Ademas el area para desayunos, es divina, tiene una vista inmejorable, pero para comer es muy incomoda, es mejor como bar.

Muy buen hotel con excelente ubicacion.
El hotel se encuentra dentro de un centro comercial que pertenece al mismo complejo. Se encuentra en la entrada del Central Park y a minutos de lugares como la 5ta. y 57 obTimes Square. Hay una estacion de metro cruzando la calle.

Absolutamente sobrevaluado
No vale en absoluto lo que cuesta el hotel. Esta absolutamente sobrevaluado. Las habitaciones no son grandes y el trato del personal no es el que deberia ser en un hotel de estas caracteristicas y este precio.

The property is great and I've been a guest there many times since it opened. But this time, the check-out was challenging, I left a day early, and their response was that I had to call Expedia. And, of course, I called Expedia, and they indicated I had to settle it with the hotel. This ping-ponging of a guest from agent to hotel to agent to hotel does not seem meritory in a luxury property one leaves behind thousands of dollars.

We rarely spend this kind of $$$$ on hotels but enjoy doing so now and then. At the same price, THE FOUR SEASONS rooms are much more satisfying, more fully decorated and furnished. However, it is still very comfortable—as you’d hope—and our meals in Mo Lounge were satisfying, if extraordinarily expensive, you know, like there’s a $40 burger. If you know what you’re going to pony up and you’re ok with that, it’s a treat, though next time I look for a luxe experience I’ll easily pay half of what I did here! Staff is terrific, for the most part, through evening service at Mo Lounge was surprisingly inattentive. Took me awhile to get a glass of water.
