Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly. There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. ”

“We needed somewhere to break our journey back from Scotland and this was ideal for a family of four and not too far from the A1. We also chose it partly as it was dog friendly but a change of plan meant we didn’t actually have our dogs with us after all. But the provisions for visiting dogs were a nice touch. Also a welcome pack of milk, juice and biscuits f(for us) was well received.”

“The rating was given for two star hotel. This is a motel style, very, very simple. Service was good, the room was relatively clean. We stayed only one night, so we just needed a place where we could sleep. It was a good place to stay for the money paid. ”
