“This house is an experience not just lodging. It would take a week just to explore all the supple nuances of this house. The location was convenient to all locations in Newberry. And convenient to Prosperity. This was ideal for our plans attending a wedding and other events. My wish is that the host provided a history of the house. “What a great last minute trip with the boat and doggies on beautiful Lake Murray!!! Thanks so much Robert for the great clean space and the ease of it all! Thoroughly enjoyed our selves boating and dinning all in walking distance.Great little community.”

“What a dream. Great accommodations. Property is well maintained and so comfortable. Beds are great. The kitchen is properly stocked from cooking utensils to appliances and dish-ware. We have had a terrific time and our host was at the ready to assist in any helpful manner we may have required. Can highly recommend. Love being at the lake and will delightfully return. Five stars.”

“Easy check-in process, really helpful hosts and a great property! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious stay with great views on Lake Murray. The only comment I have is that the rooms got hot at night upstairs so maybe bring a fan if you are a hot sleeper like we are.”

“We really enjoyed Lazy Creek Cottage. It was the perfect weekend for our son’s Univ of SC and we loved staying in the Chapin/ Lake Murray area. The property was impeccably clean and the location idyllic overlooking the lake. We used the paddle boards and the hot tub. Jesse, the property manager was great. We would stay here again.
