originally was meant to stay in another property but they cancelled on me due to electrical issues so had to find somewhere last minute at night, found this property and had to drive from the first to this one, once i had arrived i was sat outside in my car for over an hour trying to gain access, i tried calling the mobile number as no access code was given upon check in, the lights were on in the property, i tried dining the buzzer and nobody answered me, i contacted hotels.com to try help and they also couldn’t get in touch with them and told me it was my fault as check in closed at 10pm and i had arrived not shortly after - i wasn’t able to get a refund, i’ve had no reply from the business via email or text although i contacted them on both accounts
