“Stayed here for the first time the night before my daughter’s graduation. Such a shame I didn’t find this great hotel sooner! We had a really comfortable stay here and will definitely be back next time we visit Newcastle 😊”

“We stayed here for one night and had a great time. The hotel was in a great location and we really appreciated the fact that the lift went down to the quayside as we had a pram with us so the steps would’ve been very difficult. The hotel was beautiful and we managed to park in the car park which was very convenient. The concierge was very helpful and staff were all very friendly. Our quayside view was also great! “The hotel is easy to find, and ideally located for visiting Beamish Museum. It is very attractive, and the bar and restaurant areas have great views westwards over the valley. Each ground floor room has its own car parking slot - wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful, and a small bonus for me, the malt whisky is cheaper than the pub down the road .... I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area, there was nothing I did not like.”
